Sherry was very pleasant and professional in handling our loan. She took our information over the phone and called back a few hours later to let us know it was approved. She explained all our options and answered any questions that we may have had. The next day we stopped in and signed papers and the funds were transferred into our account before we left. We definitely can give Sherry 5 stars when it comes to service.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. My granddaughter needed a loan for a car. June helped us with everything that we needed to do in order for her to buy a car. I am happy to say that within a few days my granddaughter got approved and already has the car that she wanted.

This was the second loan I have received from VCCU. The first was when my own credit union wouldn't even give me one. These people work with you and really want to see you succeed. June was the loan officer that helped me with my car loan. It so easy, she went over the different insurances and add-ons that the dealers pressure you to take.
