Support local!! I wish to see this place packed like Whataburger. I ordered a cheeseburger and a large chili cheese fries and it came piping hot. They were so friendly and sweet too.

These are great old fashioned burgers and the couple who run the place are warm and friendly. It was definitely a great experience and can’t wait to visit again

Amazing customer service!! Got the Bacon cheeseburger combo (and a side of onion rings to try). Combo comes with fries and drink. Absolutely delicious! Bacon was crispy, bun toasted, it tasted like old school diner burgers! A MUST STOP!! I live 15 minutes away, and will make this a weekly trip I'm sure.

A blast from the past. The food was exactly as we expected it to be..delicious. I'm still talking about my chili cheese dog. Excellent, small-town Texas drive-in diner food and down-home hospitality. We will definitely be going back.

The bacon cheeseburger was amazing and the fries were crispy and so fresh. Such a neat place, glad we finally stopped in. It won't be the last time, my son has already asked when we can return

Omygosh!! Ms Betty is a doll!! And their food is fresh and way better than fast food or even a sit down place. Prices are so reasonable. Friendly service and enjoy visiting with others while you wait. My kids live down here and it’s on our list of must haves when I visit.

Some of the best bacon cheeseburgers in Richmond! This place reminds me of neighborhood diners with a homemade feel. I don’t eat beef often, but if I’m going to have beef, it’s gonna be a burger from Jame’s Dairy Treat!

It’s Halloween month and this burger haunts me because it’s SOOO good. I drive out of my way for this burger. Super nice owners/staff. Don’t let the outdoor eating deter you. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. I was sad when I finished my bacon cheeseburger only because I wanted more!

I pulled up to Jaimes and I immediately had thoughts of the Fort Bend County parade. This place has been here for decades and is most definitely a beloved staple of Richmond\Rosenberg. The burgers are great and sold at an honest price. They use the old school EZ Melt American Cheese on their cheeseburgers. A great Historic Drive-in that's still cash only. One of the few left in these parts; definitely worth taking your muscle car, bike, or classic out for a burger, a coke, and a few nostalgic photos.

We live 2 hours away and stopped here on our way home One of the best burgers and chilil cheese tots ever everything was fresh ,hot and delicious 😋 and the banana shakes omg one of the best I've had good old affordable cooking here!! Will definitely come back!!!

This place is the best burger spot in Rosenberg/Richmond. Very cheap too. I love the workers. They're so nice and friendly with you.

Cute little old school spot in Richmond. Got 2 cheeseburger baskets with fries and drinks for under $15. Definitely recommend. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area.

Jaime’s is the best! The only place to have a burger. Do the double cheeseburger and tater tots. Hands down - Best Tots! Hand made milkshakes too. Eat in the car or on a picnic table. Bring your dog to share the tots. Cash Only! Don’t forget that or you’ll look like a noob.

Mom and Pop burger and junk food joint straight out of the 1950's . Worth it but remember it is cash only.

Don’t be fooled by the look of the place. Mom and pop kinda joint. Got a bacon cheeseburger with some fries. Good food. Awesome hospitality. Real good working people. Kind of place you feel good leaving a good tip to. Was in town for work. Next time I’m around the area I’ll have to keep my promise and come back.

The most important thing to remember is that this place is CASH only. I got two cheese burgers and two orders of onion rings total $18 and something. The food was very good. The hamburger is so good and the amount of food with onion rings fills you up.

Awesome, old school spot for some classic fast food type cooking and yummy dessert treats. Grabbed a chocolate malt that was terrific! Parking can be a little tricky but folks move in and out pretty quickly so spots open regularly. Good service. Come with cash. Some seating at picnic tables and benches. Most people seem to pick up and go.
