Rosenberg Municipal Court

Super easy to go in and take care of a ticket. I have also called several times and had no issue getting a hold of them. I was expecting long lines and a long wait but it was super easy.

Horrible experience, I went there to go deal with a ticket I hadn't paid that turned into a warrant, rude Horrible people, I get you hate your job but you can't make other humans feel so worthless and irrelevant cause you dissatisfied with where you ended up. We're still people trying to take care of ourselves and our family, everyone that works there need to be fired, would not listen to a single word I said. I feel sorry for the people for Rosenberg who have these people over the law. I can't say it enough horrible people.

This court house should be shut down Everyone there is horrible they all have bad attitudes they treat everyone so bad for no reason. I literally just walked in the building i got yelled at and mistreated by an officer and then the receptionist. Also the court staff is so unorganized all over the place no structure at all worse court ever. You dont treat anyone bad for no reason i dont care if you dont like youre job or if youre having a bad day dont yell at people and treat them bad for no reason. They are so miserable with there life seriously. Nasty attitudes.

They'll take 3 hours for an 8:30 docket. Bailiff clearly hates his job and you're greeted with that attitude as soon as you walk in the door. Don't bother asking for the wifi guest password because allegedly no one in entire building has it.

The people who work here do not know anything about customer service, they are quickly annoyed with the slightest inconvenience. I get they come across rude customers, but not all of them are this. Just simply unprofessional.

Whomever manages this office needs to be retrained or fired. I felt like I was among a pack of cows. They have no remorse or urgency for tax paying citizens that keep them employed. The apparent lackadaisical behavior from the staff is BOLD and in your FACE! I understand the customers demand is higher than the employees. I know for sure they're moving at a snail's pace because I can visit this office early hours and wait 2hours, yet visit 1hour before closing with the same crowd and get out much sooner. It's just sad... this is the reason everyone's frustrated. The customers aren't getting paid to sit there OUR TIME IS VALUABLE TOO. WE HAVE JOBS, FAMILY, KIDS.... maybe this service should be volunteer work with perks

Extremely slow, there’s no reason it should take this long for me to get the cost of my ticket and leave. All the taxes they taking out my check they need to hire more people to make this process quicker, this has been a major inconvenience and they should be ashamed

The second I walked in this place the cop treated us like a dictatorship. The prosecutor had an unprofessional attitude with me, and the judge was so rude. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

They made me pay for my speeding ticket… who does that. So ridiculous

Necesitan poner luz eléctrica en el Travis Park si se esta pagando para hacer algún evento es necesario usar electricidad. Muy mal servicio. Alguien que ponga atención como se les ocurre rentar ese parque sin luz eléctrica debería ser gratis si son tan codos.

No hay personal bilingüe 😢 así no pude hacer mi pago muy malo por esa parte
