Always great service. Their prices are reasonable and they always have my car done promptly. I have had them repair my wife’s 4Runner and daughter’s Ford Focus. They even replaced a brake bulb for free without me asking for it… awesome people!

The terminal connection on my Nissan’s battery became loose, and it caused my car to not start reliably and I had to get jumped multiple times downtown as a result. I was really stressed about it but Karim at the center was amazing. He looked at my car the same day, and then not only fixed it but also increased my tire pressure unasked and then charged me nothing for it. He could have easily billed me quite a bit, but he didn’t. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest service that goes really above and beyond. Five stars, well deserved. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent honest mechanics. It is hard to find trustworthy mechanics that don't overcharge and try to cheat you, but Akbar and Karim , the owners, are very honest, friendly, and helpful. They always tell me the best solutions, and they give me options to choose from. They are the type of mechanics that want to save you money instead of spend money on unnecessary repairs.

Certified Auto is also reliable in their work. My family has been going there for over a decade, and we have never had issues with the work they have done when it came to the quality or when it came to the time frame of the service delivery.

I came to this web site trying for find office hours for Certified Auto. Many years ago, I took my car for general maintenance to Certified Auto at the recommendation of my mother. Today, not only am I taking my own car, I am also taking my wife's, my daughter's, and my son's cars. Not only that, all of my brother's cars are now taken care of at Certified Auto. Their service is professional, reliable, reasonable, honest, timely, thorough, and courteous - and I am a stickler for details. Additionally, the facilities are pristine. The restroom is sparking clean. There is fresh coffee and free internet. What else can one ask for?. It has reached a point now that neither I nor any member of my family would consider going anywhere else. This is our go-to place for anything auto related once the original (read free) new car warranty has expired. Great job Akbar and Kareem!! Highly Recommended.

I have been coming to Kareem & Akbar for close to 20 years. They are professional and appropriately priced. Unlike any other mechanics they let me know how much time I can wait to get a repair done. They have even discouraged me from getting certain services because I could wait 3-6 months more. I now live an hour and a half out of town, but they're honesty and quality is worth the drive back to have my car properly maintained.

The owners of this auto service shop couldn't have been more helpful. I spoke with both owners over the phone on the matter of why I was having a truck pre inspected before purchase. Karim understood my concerns and told me he was going to make sure of it that he was going to look for the any half fast job he felt was done on the rebuilt truck I was thinking of purchasing. When the truck was being inspected I was waiting in the lobby and I think it wasn't 20 minutes until he called me into the shop to share his concerns with me about the truck. He patiently explained to help me better understand and asked me if I wanted him to continue inspection. I told him no need to continue inspection as his findings help make me a decision to not purchase the truck. The owners also did not charge me full price either because I agreed to discontinue the rest ofbthe inspection which might have been another hour longer or more. This is how customer service and business should be done. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this place especially if you want to conduct a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle you plan on buying. They deserve these 5 stars. Note: I never do reviews on anything so I hope this reaches to the right person who's reading this.

Professionally managed auto service center that prefers pragmatism over fast bucks. You will be given an option or two to choose your preferred route for the service. Evaluate your options carefully and then inform them on your preferred route. They are able to understand your expectations but of course it doesn't hurt to reinforce them verbally.

All of us have experienced challenges with auto service. If you haven't, don't worry you will but it doesn't necessarily have to stay that way. Visit Certified Auto and if you develop a mutual understanding you will not have to go elsewhere except for dealer warranty work..

I have used them as sole service provider for nearly twenty-five years for several cars. Yes, there have been situations where I have been confused by their work but never once have I felt that I was being short changed.

Great place. Staff is easy to work with and when they fix your car it stays fixed instead of having issues a weeks later. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I had an ignition coil go bad and Akbar told me that the diagnostic had come up with another cylinder also misfiring intermittently. I got the bad coil replaced for a very reasonable price for parts and labor. The next day, as I am driving back from work, the second coil gives up. It was around 4:30 pm when I got to the shop. They had me back on the road in an hour... and did not charge me for labor! Another time I went there with what I thought was a rattling noise in the suspension. They could have given me a story about some suspension part that needed replacement and bilked me for hundreds of dollars. Instead, they spent 30-40 minutes checking out the car and said that they could not find anything amiss and did not charge me a dime.

The guys at certified auto always go above and beyond in making sure my vehicles are serviced correctly, reasonably priced and ready in no time.

I worked there as a technician for 2 days. The owner mistreat you and make you feel worthless. He may treat customers good but that is not the case with the employees.
