Metro by T-Mobile

The representative Tee that works there is so nice and helpful. I haven’t received good customer service like that in a while. She gave me all the information I needed about metro, my phone and service. She deserves a raise! Lol

Sunil was very nice and professional, He's an amazing hard worker, He did the job 100 percent great.

It’s crazy because all I did was come in to pay a phone bill, the Sales person there goes by Tee and she greeted me with a smile offered me services like home internet and even though I didn’t want it it still was a good trip to the store. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a while. Keep Tee there please lol

Metro by T Mobile is cell phone Company I have been dealing with for years after I switched over from Boost mobile because when I drove out Town when hooked up with Boost Mobile The phone calls would drop or not work at all......But since I have been using Metro ....I have not had that problem..

It’s never a bad experience for me at this Metro! Tee is always helpful and fits my needs. You don’t even need more than 120 for everything included!
