Dr. Seo is the BEST doctor around. He truly sits and listens to you. He takes the time to explain why he wants to try something, or why he needs to check something, and even how the body will react or what to expect . And he listens to You!! He takes his time and treats you as a family member and not a payment source! Not to mention, he is just sooooo nice!

Dr. Stephen Ake is wonderful. He approaches healthcare and medicine with a thoughtful and balanced approach. He is open to questions and the visit feels like a conversation with a friend. I really appreciate the way he conducts himself.

I've met with Dr. Ake twice now and had a very pleasant experience both times. He was very transparent and honest about the *why* behind the questions he was asking and the recommendations he was making, and was also very thorough in the wellness checks (including mole checks, capillary refills, etc.). He was also respectful and asked for consent before checking my abdomen, which I very much appreciated. Dr. Ake also spoke with me for several minutes about ways to get needed imaging in a way that I could afford (even with insurance, CT imaging is EXPENSIVE). The receptionists and MAs I spoke to were also great. Overall, I would highly recommend this location.

Absolutely the best physician that i have had the opportunity of using their services that goes over and beyond all expectations. And he actually saved my life. Diagnosed a heart problem that was over looked by my previous doctors and within 90 days of complex testing under went open heart surgery at Baylor Scott Heart Hospital in Plano. THANK YOU Dr Seo for all that you have done and for all the future care. Superior caring, excellent knowledge, great friendly staff and medical assistants. I have even had the opportunity to visit with Dr Ake, he is almost a mirror image of Dr Seo regarding caring and professional patient care. I will submit a note regarding him soon. My family and I have been with Dr. Seo for many years now and will not go to any other physician. We moved with him when he left the Keller location to open the Northlake office, and have not regretted it. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions you may have, we have never felt rushed, or that he does not have the time for us. I HIGHLY recommend he and his staff to all.

I am so grateful to live so close to this office. The doctor is really kind and has great bedside manner. Anytime I have called to speak with a nurse about questions, they return my call in a timely manner and are so friendly, personable and helpful. They are typically able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly and I love that they have weekend hours!

I had my checkup appointment yesterday, and as often as go. I am always surprised with the level of customer service, professionalism, and yet they always make certain that I completely understand what is happening with my health, and how to treat at home...

Dr Ake is the best. Very knowledgeable ,caring and humble. I had a great experience. Excellent staff. Compassionate care.Timely appointment. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I learnt so much about cholesterol management from Dr Ake.

Been going to FHCA since my daughter was born 32 years ago. I started out at the Glenview office, then Colleyville, then Keller and now Northlake. They have the best staff and I won’t go anywhere else. I can call and speak with the nurses who are very attentive to my needs. The doctors are very thorough.

This is the best Family Clinic I have ever visited! Dr. Ake listened to all my health concerns and drafted the best treatment. He is just awesome!
