One of the guys there gave me Top Tier Customer service and I can’t wait to go back tomorrow and work with them. They made sure I was satisfied with everything and if there’s something you need talk to them and I’m 100% you will be satisfied and then some. 10/10 great location, great staff, and the building is super nice and clean. When you first walk in it’s like a red carpet and the attention is on you. I recommend it to everyone

Ok, let me start off by saying, Anthony the salesman at this location. Pioneer Pkwy, in Arlington TX!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!! First of all I have never met no one in sales.....especially a cell phone store, to go over and beyond the way he did today! My son took his iPhone to them to fix the screen. So I had to get to work and do a double shift. ANTHONY...offered to drop it off at my home, to my son!!! Like really. He also gave my son a discount!!!! I don't know about anyone else, but as long as that store is open, I will always go. They have awesome plans, prices, and one of the most top notch Customer Services ever. These guys are the epitome of community and customer service! I actually attended an open house event and won a prize! A pair of earbuds! They were NICE too. I lost one and went back to purchase another pair. Everyone was helpful, attentive and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be back. They have a customer for life!

OMG!! When I tell you this facility is the bomb.com.... I mean just THAT!! I couldn’t find any other store that would fix my MK smart watch.... I walked in this store... was instantly greeted so kindly. I expressed what I needed done... and with no hesitation, they got the job DONE!! I visited the fubu mobile store because my sprint bill became more than I could bare during this pandemic. The staff was friendly was able to get me on a rate plan I could definitely afford for my whole family! Glad I came!

My teenage son had an issue with his iPhone. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very patient and understanding.

They make sure the customer is satisfied before they leave the store. The repairs are done promptly and the environment is very professional.
