West-Hurst was such a blessing to our family in our time of need. They are professional , and caring.

When my mother passed away we went to the funeral home to make arrangements there is four of us kids and we were the only people in the funeral home besides two employees when we went into the office he only had room for three of us kids and he had to pull up a chair for one of D3 could not pull up two chairs so all four kids could be in the office very unprofessional went to pick up my mothers ashes would not let me in with a mask I have a medical condition and he made me stand outside and 33° weather while two of the three employees there did not have mask on very unprofessional would not use them ever again
