I cannot say I think much of the warranty fix with the key fob issues. Not one of Nissan’s better ideas but if it is safer this way, they have done this at least. The staff were very friendly. Gonzalo was tops with customer service. This was a very clean, well
arranged reception area. The wash they gave me was very good and their suggestions for upcoming service that will be needed were positive well detailed in the explanation.

I had a great experience with Sterling Nissan Service Center, they found all the issues or problems with my car that Mossy did not find, and they did a wonder job and washed my car.
I just want to say Clint did an amazing job and I will keep bringing my car back here for service and repairs.

I had been to two other service repair shops to have my ac fixed and received poor service. They just kept putting more refrigerant in my car, charging me 200 bucks and telling me things were fine. But then a week later my ac blows hot air.

I took my car here and Eduardo listened to me and BELIEVED ME that something more was wrong. They waited until they could replicate the issue, found evidence of the issue and could pinpoint it after a few days. The wait was worth it.

Ladies if you're tired of being gaslit and overcharge, come here and work with Eduardo Sanchez! He'll listen, believe you and work into they fix the issue.

Car serviced per Recall Notice regarding ABS/brakes. Gonzalo G. is a top of the line professional! He kept me informed, explained things clearly, and answered questions that I couldn't think to ask. Swift, courteous, knowledgeable, polite and a gentleman. He is definitely management material! He made my experience a very smooth and pleasant one.

Bought my car in on last week I was assistant with all my maintenance needs by a young lady by the name of Megan she was very knowledgeable and informative about the repairs that needed to be done on my car she kept me abreast of all the things that was being done she even offered me rental assistance for a loaner car very professional young lady

Today was the first time I had to bring my vehicle in for service since I purchased it in 2016. Like everyone living in these times, anything that involves spending, causes one to experience a certain level of anxiety - especially when your pay/finances have been cut by 70%. I did not know what to expect as far as the diagnosis nor the cost for repairs but I was confident that these fellas would find out. When they told me what was wrong and how much, I wanted to cry. Money is tight these days as is with everyone but they showed me mercy and favor. They did not show pity for me but they showed their hearts. I thank God for them and thank God for sincere hearts that truly want to help their customers!

They have a very attentive staff. Seem very genuine and helpful, beyond job requirements. The inside area is nice and lively. Free WiFi, a snack bar, TVs.
