Out of This World Haircuts

Made an appointment with Sharon on Nov 22, 2023 due to the location of her salon being in the same building as my girlfriend's business. I am very picky about my hair, but Sharon put my mind at ease right away as she took the time to actually listen and understand what I wanted in my haircut, unlike most hair stylists I've been to over the course of my lifetime. I was VERY happy with the results and will continue to have Sharon cut my hair in the future.

Will NEVER go anywhere else but here to see Sharon. She is the best. She always makes it a point to work with my crazy time schedule and does amazing work.

I found Sharon and OOTW Haircuts online recently and went to get my haircut by her a few days ago. I was hoping to find a stylist with a pleasant personality who could consistently give me a good haircut for a reasonable price. I found Sharon to be energetic and fun, with a great personality, easy to talk to, and she gave me a great haircut. Easily the best haircut I've had in years. She asked me quite a few questions about what I wanted in a haircut, and paid close attention to my hair. She told me some things about my hair, that I knew about, but no stylist has ever said anything about before. She said she will make notes so she can pay attention to those areas going forward. I can't speak to consistency yet, but with her listening and attention to detail I believe I will get consistently good cuts from her going forward. Great experience and I look forward to getting my hair cut by Sharon in the months ahead.

Wow. I won't be getting haircuts anywhere else as long as I'm in Houston. I scheduled an appointment with Sharon because of the great reviews. First of all, the atmosphere is very cool and unique. Most importantly, the haircut was top-notch. Sharon really cares about her work and offers great styling suggestions!

Hands down the best haircut I have ever received! Sharon's personality and passion is amazing and infectious. She truly makes you feel at ease and takes the time to work with you to get the style YOU desire!! I have wanted to change my haircut to something quite drastically different from my normal for some time, but have never had the confidence that the people in the "chain" facilities could do it, based upon how they couldn't match the pictures I showed them for more "simple" styles. Sharon actually merged two styles that I liked into one! She makes sure that she pauses and verifies how you want your hair to look at different stages in the haircut. Which is comforting and appreciated! Hair grows back but its quite deflating when you have to settle, because someone wouldn't take a minute to confirm/clarify how the cut is progressing. I hate to admit it, but I didn't know how to style my hair correctly for the cut I got - Sharon took her time and showed me how it is done and even coached me in how to do it. I'll defiantly need practice, but I have to confidence to do it. Sharon's shop is so unusually attractive - and I felt at home. Its very fitting that I found Out of This World Hair Cuts - around the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission! I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Sharon is amazing. It had been 18 months since I had a haircut due to the pandemic. I was nervous about scheduling a haircut with someone who was not willing to wear a mask during my time in their chair. I was so grateful to find Sharon and discover the safety protocols she has in place.

For those who would complain about safety measures to get a haircut, I say think of it this way. We never needed a vaccine for salmonella but we still wash our hands when handling with raw chicken. Went here for the first time today. Sharon was AWESOME! Great experience, great value and most importantly a great haircut. Was very easy to schedule an appointment and she was amazing with the Covid precautions. She is trying to keep herself safe as well as you so don’t fret going to get your haircut. Found her online, but figured out she was the same stylist a friend of mine has been using for a few years. Was looking for a new person to cut my hair and she definitely earned the job! Look forward to seeing her again soon. Super cool shop and decor too! You won’t regret going to Out of this World.

I have been coming to Sharon since 1995. I just moved back, so here I am. I had almost a foot of hair cut off. She was shocked I wanted so much. Now my hair is shiny bouncy and healthy again. She has always done a very good job. That is why I keep coming back and her bubbly since of humor.
