Great company to work with. My daughter had an accident on Friday and I had a check in my hands Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. I've been with them for years and I'll never use anybody else.

I had a accident with one of their insured motorist. I was at a complete stop on 275 at the Dixie Hwy exit when this person DRILLS the car behind me and shoves that vehicle into me with enough force that MY vehicle was deemed a total loss. Samantha, the agent handling the claim, came off very nice. At first. Now... I didn't find an attorney and I had no transportation to get to a doctor and when I went to my primary care physician I was told that I had to go to the ER because their office did not treat automotive accident injuries. I figured it wasn't that big of a deal, a little sore and a little stiff, I'll tuff it out. Didn't follow anyone else's advice about getting a attorney because it sounded soo cliche. Wish I would have now. I was moving to KY. from IN. when this happened. Indiana is a At Fault State. I read up on the laws and know that I do not HAVE to involve my insurance company if I don't want to. In the Agents wildest dreams I could never share a percentage of fault for this accident. I missed 4 days work because I did not have a car. My cell phone suffered a broken screen because of this accident. I just found out that my nephew who is 15 and was in the car with me was hurt but he played it off for my benefit and didn't say anything to anyone, trying to appear tuff I guess. KFB paid me for the total loss of my vehicle and tells me that I HAVE to go after my insurance company for restitution of lost wages and cell phone replacement/repair. We will see. Thank you Mr. X. I sincerely appreciate your help in this matter also. I'll keep you folks posted but my advice to anyone involved in a automotive accident, Don't move til life flight gets there and definitely except that free ride in the ambulance or you'll wish you did. And definitely get yourself a Mr. X to handle your claim. Like I said I'll keep you all informed on how my situation turns out 4 weeks after the fact and my insurance company will not be involved. That's just to make a point. When it comes to money humanity is loaded. Right is right and wrong is wrong.

I was in the process of getting a new insurance quote, was even quoted my monthly premium, when my son was hit in the intersection by an illegal alien who ran a red light and then fled the scene. We were able to locate the driver thanks to witness statements and learned that her husband is insured through this agency. Once I mention that to the agent who was giving me my quote that was already in process, they said they could not write a policy for us since it would be a conflict of interest. So let me get this straight, my son is driving through a green light and gets T-boned buy an illegal alien who ran a red light, with no driver's license, and then flees the scene, and I can't get insurance?
