Fort Bend County - Justice Center Office

Reported for jury duty. Recommend bringing a book to read and a jacket to keep warm. Benches are like church pews... hard wooden planks. There is a lot of downtime during the process.

I just visited the Fort Bend County Justice Center Office to have my passport updated and I had an outstanding experience.

I had five separate interactions with staff during the course of my visit and EVERYONE was smiling, kind, friendly, helpful, and/or polite. From the ladies at the front desk, to the security guys, to the clerks, everyone was a pleasure to interact with. I was very impressed because you don't expect that kind of treatment when dealing with government institutions. The whole building is also super clean.

I worked with Senior Deputy District Clerk Toya Watson to submit my application for a new passport. Toya answered all my questions and explained everything to me. She was very efficient. The whole process took less than fifteen minutes. Thanks so much, Toya!

I highly recommend this office!

I took my daughter to get her passport renewed and everyone was so friendly from time we walked in until the time we got done. Fast and efficient too. If you’re taking a minor to get a passport, I highly recommend. The receptionist and Autumn were knowledgeable and organized. My daughter had a 3pm appointment, we made it there by 2:30 and we were out by 2:45. She was able to go back to school to complete the day! Overall great experience!

Beautiful and clean courthouse. The front desk is very helpful if you have questions or need information.

Very nice, clean, modern building. Friendly employees who gladly assisted and answered questions. Ample parking, both immediately next to the building, including a covered parking structure. There is a huge, open parking lot across from the building as well. It is easy to find it as signs along the way direct you. Convenient location as the Justice Center is on a circle, which allows you to enter from or exit out onto Richmond Pkwy.

Clean facility, not crowded. The judge was very nice and the wait wasn't bad.
