Searching for a new hairdresser can be hard but we found this salon 💈 and very please. My girl saw Nina a couple of times and liked her a lot. She is very patience, well-skill, kind, and enjoys what she is doing. See u again soon.

at the Northlake Color Lab was absolutely fantastic…from the ease of scheduling something so quickly & last minute, to my consultation appointment with Grace(who is so fantastic at her job, and explained my options in a way that I could actually understand, as well as ensured I would get the help I needed to fix the mistakes my last stylist made, which left me with slightly embarrassing hair). She promised I’d be taken care of and happy with my results… this lead me to the miracle worker Mercy, who with the assistance of Te’a, gave me a complete transformation, exceeding my expectations & making me feel confident again, now that my hair was beautiful, rather then the mess it’d been for so long! Having just moved here, I couldn’t be happier to have found such an amazing salon so quickly that has stylists & just all around staff, talented enough to take on customers like me who need so much help!! YAY 😁

I see Nicole at Northlake Color Lab and she’s such a gem. Very knowledgeable and is a perfectionist which I appreciate! She corrected a poor color/highlight job on my hair and she’s helped strengthen my hair throughout my visits. I’ve seen here around 5-6 times now - love her!

What a fantastic experience! I couldn't speak more highly of Nicole and the ladies assisting her. Not only did they all take wonderful care of my hair, they also provided a vision and recommendations to a gal who had no idea what she needed / wanted. Going to work with that "new hair pep" in my step today!

Incredible is all I have to say. Peyton came highly recommended and I’m so glad I came here. Peyton and her assistant Gaby did such a wonderful job on my hair. I have really long hair but it became pretty dry these past few months, I thought for sure I was going to have cut it short but I didn’t!!! Peyton was confident that the outcome of her recommendations would restore the health of my hair and she was right! I’m so glad I trusted her with my hair. Also, the vibe & energy of this salon is relaxing and calming. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Nicole Dugan did my hair. I have to say that she is a true professional. She is real. She did a balayage and it was beautiful but I was not crazy about the toner because even though it was blonde, I needed it brighter. Well, she didn’t get offended or mad. On the contrary she went above and beyond to make sure I had the color I wanted.
She ended up removing the toner and leaving the raw lift the hair is perfect and I get so many compliments wherever I go. There are places claiming that they fit the misfit when is not true, but Nicole Dugan truly fits the misfit. She truly listens to the client and she doesn’t try to impose her will! She really goes above and beyond until you are satisfied! She is a true professional and the quality of her work is worth every penny

Went to Color Lab for the first time at the recommendation of a trusted friend, and couldn't be more pleased! Nicole is absolutely amazing, and I got the best cut/style I've ever had. She is definitely the most skilled stylist I've worked with, and I'll be using her exclusively from now on. The rest of the staff are also great, and the employees all seemed very happy to be working there, which is truly a rarity.

Danae did the impossible and gave me hair I love! I’m usually an easy client because I don’t care that much about what gets done but I do care when I’m sick of how my hair looks and has grown out, you know? I came in for much needed root touch up and balayage. I could tell immediately that she was a PRO. She asked for reference pics, showed me a couple of samples, and was efficient, friendly, and totally professional.
I love that the salon has assistants who are learning the finer aspects of salon work. They helped the foil process go so quickly and gave me such a great shampoo.
I hope I’m back in the neighborhood soon as this is my new go-to salon!

Just moved here from Florida and needed hair help, googled and found Northlake Color Lab... I'm so glad I did. From the time I arrived for my appt I felt welcomed. The team of ladies I met there were amazing. Brittany had her work cut out for her with my hair and she made me feel beautiful again. I'll be back there in a few weeks for a root touch up. Hi! Today I went to the Northlake Color Lab for a retouch and haircut. I was not disappointed. I was really nervous. I had recently moved to the area and was in search for new hair stylist. I had my past hair stylist for the last 7 years in the Humble/ Atascocita area. Well, today I found my new hair stylist in Brittney. I’ve been going to Peyton for over a year, she has been doing my weft extensions and does an absolutely amazing job. My hair is so healthy and has grown so much with these extensions. I love to see the love and joy that Peyton gets from the amazing job she does with her clients hair. So happy I found her!! ❤

This salon is amazing. I went yesterday for color and cut and wow was I impressed with not just the super friendly staff, but the atmosphere! It’s a whole vibe😌Sophisticated, sleek, Classy. I felt like I was on vacation. I had a delicious pink berry mimosa in my hand as soon as I was seated. The attention to detail in this place is top notch beautiful. I loved the pink and gold tones. The chair you sit in to get your hair wash was hands down the most comfortable one I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been to many salons. I was falling asleep! Normally I walk away with a bit of a sore neck from the bowl, not this one! It even reclines! Super cool. I totally recommend this place if you’re looking for a more upscale salon experience. Thank you Northlake, my hair is so beautiful! Non stop complements today at work☺🥰

Absolutely LOVE this place! I highly recommend! The owner Summer is a super star! This is her second location & they just do it right! From the moment you come in to when you leave they take time to get to know you & your needs & the look you are going for! When I started coming to this location l I was referred to Kay as my hair stylist & she has been absolutely amazing!! I love how she understands what I want & knows what I need & she also recommends options & products as well! The quality is top notch, you won’t regret coming here! This brand new state of the art salon is EVERYTHING. Definitely worth the drive to see this beautiful location! Peyton did an amazing job on my highlights and cut, she took a stay at home drabby mom to a fabulous flirty mom! I can’t wait for all my future appointments at this spot!
