Fusion Kitchen Restaurant

I visited this place for the first time today didn’t know what to expect, turn out the food was amazing, hot and fresh, the mussels had a good size to it and the crawfish was juicy, the garlic butter flavor was fantastic, plus the fried rice was flavorful and the texture was on point. The employees were also nice and respectful with a fast service. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and be back again!! :))

I could drink their fusion dipping sauce they make for the seafood. If I could buy pints of it. I would. The rice and everything about the seafood is great. Boujee box is the best for me or two people.

This was my first visit to Fusion. I had passed by this place every week for a while. I decided to check the place out. Ordered the fish basket. It was very good. The service was good and I will be returning soon.

We just found this place yesterday and we are so happy! We loved the mussels and the fusion sauce for the crawfish and shrimp 🤤🤤🤤🤤. Seems like is BYOB (not sure, because I waited in the car to take out) but we definitely love it. We will come back soon to dine in. Highly recommended

I Love this place! I usually get the seafood platter (crab, shrimp, crawfish, sausage, corn, & potato) OR my other go to favorite crawfish & Mussels! My flavor is fusion spicy: a great zing & spice combo! Must try! I’m a regular here… for a reason… THE FOOD IS GREAT!

I always want to try something new and this made my day. I found this place and I had to go in. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. The rice was delicious and flavorful! My kid had the chicken tenders and he loved it. I can't share a picture cause I was really hungry, but the presentation was good. If you haven't tried this place. Please do! Next time I go I will try the coconut rice with goat. I can't wait! 👍‼

What you see is what I call my Fusion Snack. It’s the Bougie Box With A Side of Fusion Frys that I mixed to get here for this pic because I had already started to eat the BBox up. The food is good and make sure you try the platters and shrimp. I’m from Louisiana and it’s hard to find good seafood places out of state, but Fusion Kitchen has got a customer for life. So if you’re ever in the Richmond/Rosenberg area or you want some good seafood go see FUSIONNKITCHENNNNNNNNNN!

Awesome new seafood spot! Was very happy with the experience and the food was very good. I got the Boujee box that's was LOADED with food. Even their sauce was delicious, if it was a little more spicy or if they have an option to make it more spicy it'd make it even better. Definitely worth it!

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch. She wanted fried fish and I wanted anything but fast food. I ordered the wings which were big, juicy, flavorful ( your choice of flavor) and made to perfection. I'm picky about my wings as she is about her fish and we were both extremely satisfied. The staff (Kathy) was amazing and I can't wait to try the king/ snow crab or shrimp that smells so good. I definitely recommend you try this place.🤗

If you want a blend of different cultural foods from seafood to Asian to Cajun you need to go to Fusion Kitchen!!!! Absolutely amazing food, such nice people and great service!!!! Gonna have to be a regular date night spot 🥰🥰😍😍😍🫠🫠🫠

First time trying. Ordered Shrimp, Crab, Sausage, Corn & Potatoes. Fusion Sauce, medium spicy. Everything was yummy!! Next time I plan to try Cajun sauce, spicy for a different flavor profile. Kathy also provided great customer service. Definitely a do over!!

The crawfish is so good and decent size for it not being in season. Every time I come I am never disappointed I just came and ordered the egg rolls for the first time and they were really really good. I wish more people knew about this place it’s some of the best crawfish I’ve had in a while I definitely recommend!

I ordered 2lbs of crawfish, fusion and garlic butter. Both are delicious but garlic butter is my favorite. If you buy 2 lbs you get a corn and a potato, if it's the same flavor. I really wish they would give you the potato and the corn because 2 lbs is 2 lbs.

I've eaten at Fusion Kitchen a few times through the "We All Eat Texas" program. The food & service is always fabulous! The staff is professional, courteous, polite; yet, friendly, warm & welcoming! The boiled shrimp is amazing! The fried fish is excellent! My apologies for not posting pictures, the food disappeared too quickly!
It's BYOB, so you can bring your own beer and/or booze! I can't wait to try the King Platter & 5 pounds of crawfish, a dozen raw oysters & some Spaten Optimators! 😋

We're usually pretty reluctant about going to crawfish restaurants since most of the places tend to just pour the sauce and flavor is never soaked in. Decided to check out this joint after seeing their special on Facebook and I must say, our entire family was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and so glad we tried it! We ordered fushion flavor and it was the best of both worlds, garlic butter and cajun. Fried catfish and shrimp was also excellent, right amount of flavor and crispiness but best part was they are very generous with portion and reasonably priced.
