Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love this place! I got me the white rice bowl with cilantro, with chicken, sour cream, salsa, cheese, and their house blend dressing! I love eating at this place! Hospitality is always on point and to hear them operating as if they are in a professional kitchen was amazing!

I feel as many others do, that Chipotle has gone very very downhill. We went to this location just once and everything reminded me of Chipotle in its heyday. The employees were friendly and all working on something. We did a pickup order (burrito bowls) and it was on time, hot, correct, and loaded up! The restaurant itself had the industrial decor Chipotle’s known for. I’m really not looking forward to having to go back to my hometown Chipotle after coming here.

Love coming to this location even though it is a little farther than the one close to my house off of Loop 288. I Like coming when Manager Trey and his crew are on shift, I always order 3 different bowls and the crew always makes them in good timing and always are attentive and listen to my order for each one. They don't rush me through the line and our food is always on point.

My first visit of Mexican restaurant in denton Texas USA

As I was unfamiliar with the procedure of how to order food at restaurant. All staffs were very co operative and helpful to me.

I would have to say this was THE BEST experience I've ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. The staff was polite, professional, & inviting. The team was helping each other to achieve tasks including making my burrito. DEFINITELY WILL be returning. I'd have to say...this was probably my favorite Chipotle experience yet. Good job guys!

Love their bowls! Food is always great. The Denton store on University was a little dirty but the staff was friendly and service is always fast as per usual with Chipotle.

The manager here was handling the crowd and the training of new employees like a champ! He deserves to be recognized. We were there the night of September 14th and unfortunately did not get his name.

Best Chipotle ever !!!!! The cashier Jerome is very nice and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. Nicole was also very nice to me, she did a great job rolling my burrito.

This place rocks! Great staff, always polite (even to rude customers), and makes a heck of a burrito. Only chipotle in town I'll go to. Place sees a lot of business, but keeps the line moving. Most importantly, everyone here wears their mask correctly. Thanks team!

This is a great Chipotle location. Very new and clean and the seating is great

Staff is always polite when they are super busy or when store volume is low. Super hardworking staff. And every time i’ve been to this location, they’ve had every ingredient I wanted.

In most of the Chipotle locations, staff is actively trained to quickly address the needs of gluten-free patrons, with specific procedures that reduce contamination from gluten. I recently saw some training in progress in North Richland Hills at the 820 and Rufe Snow location, in fact, and everyone was eager to test their system. Since Celiac Disease is expressed in most of our immediate family members, knowing Chipotle Restaurants care to keep us well is really fantastic!! Love the fresh Bowls with Barbacoa.
