I've had my BMW 5 series work done by VG Motors for 5 years now, and am pleased with their work. Victor knows BMWs in and out, does a great job, and has fair pricing. I got some big ticket items fixed by him and was happy with the service.

I was very happy with VG Motors service. Victor did a great job on my car (335i) and was extremely helpful and very personal. He looked up my car and found out several of my problems were actually covered under BMW recalls which he didn't have to do. I will continue taking my car here rather than the dealership because my experience was so good.

Victor and his crew have been working on both my BMW and Mercedes for the past 6 or so months....I do not think there is a better more honest mechanic to visit for your European car needs. Great work done on time and fair honest pricing! They have my business for life!

The shop is immaculate. Victor does great work. He only does what is needed. Does not try to sell you services that are not needed. He is the only person I trust with my car. He keeps me informed on the status of my repairs. He has met the qualifications of a certified BMW repair professional.

I took my BMW 325I to replaced the starter and change the sensors on breaks.
I was very pleased with service and customer care. Victor fixed my car in timely manner and he did an excellent job. I am very happy that have found a mechanic that has excellent knowledge of BMW and Mercedes.

Since I purchased my 325 BMW two years ago, all the car services has been performed by Victor at VG Motors. Excellent and honest service. He doesn't try to sell you services that the car doesn't need. For people like me that do not know that much about car mechanics is very comforting to take a car to someone honest and efficient. I had heard about VG Motors indirectly from a friend but all my apprehension disappeared when Victor took my car to do visual diagnostics and a test drive for some problems that no one else could determine the causes and fix. He assessed the problems to my satisfaction and I had a typed, professional plan with firm costs prepared by Carolina before I left the shop. By the way I am a 40+ year experienced professional engineer and not that easily impressed with even the factory trained BMW mechanics. I just had a good feeling with VG Motors. I added some routine maintenance to the list and gave him the keys the next week. My 528i is 13 years old. After 3 days with Victor it rides and performs as it did when it was new. I am so happy that I will now have an independent, BMW trained, specialist to work on my car that has integrity and is also highly skilled and experienced. I was seriously considering to trade it in but will now keep my Ultimate Driving Machine for a few more years as long as Victor and Carolina will take care of it.

VG Motors is the most honest repair shop for BMW's. I owned a X3 and was constantly taking it to the dealership and spending unnecessary money. Momentum told me I needed a compressor which was far from the truth. Victor examined my vehicle and told me it was the evaporator core. He fixed it for much less than the dealership would have. He does amazing work for less money and most of all very honest! If I invest in another BMW in the future I will definitely be taking it to VG Motors.

Victor is a stand up guy. He performed what he said he would, charged me a honest rate and even washed my car. Victor is a professional and has the tools to do all repairs on BMW's. I will take my car to Victor before ever using the dealer again.

Immaculate shop! They took me right away for an oil change, quoted me an hour but only took half. Competitively priced and they topped off my other fluids for free, even inspected my car and pointed out other services needed. Very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Will be back.
