I was pleasantly surprised with Juan’s “no pressure” sales approach. I walked in, told him what I was looking for, and my price range. He stuck to what I wanted and consequently, I purchased the complete set from him without any frustration. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. I highly recommend this location and Juan was great to work with!

Kenneth, the salesman, greeted me when I entered the store. I asked him about the item which interested me. He had it in stock, gave me all the particulars about the item and promptly wrote up my order. He answered all my questions & was able to offer a very good price.

We purchased our Mattress back in February 2024. Yasin went above and beyond for us while we were purchasing a new mattress setup from him! He took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we left with the best mattress for our needs. Amazing experience at the Rosenberg location. Both guys Yasin & Tim were very welcoming from the beginning. Yasin was the one who helped my family & I find the best mattress. He explained the difference between mattresses & what would work best for us.

Yasin at the Brazos Town Center, Rosenberg, location took excellent care of us. We went to the store to check out the mattresses, left to think it over, and returned a couple hours later to purchase a mattress. We were very pleased with the customer service and professionalism Yasin provided.

Very helpful great customer service. The 2 salespersons help in every way possible with what i needed. Danielle and the gentlemen i forgot his name but I know its starts with an A were awesome. I recommend shopping at mattress firm when choosing your next mattress.

We were looking for a mattress at the new year day, but the one at the Riverpark location was close even when they said they were open, so we had to come to this store. The sales Isabell provided great service for us.

Tim was our salesman and he was great. No pressure and explained the differences between the materials of different mattresses. He also completely understood that we wanted to look at other places, he provided his business card and said to call him if we had any further questions. Few hours later we came back and Tim welcomed us and let us continue to select the best mattress for our budget. Very transparent with what to expect with delivery, warranty, finance, etc. cannot wait to get our new bed. Thanks Tim!

Went there to look for 2 full size mattresses for my sons. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great customer service and straight to the point.
