Brandon was great to work with from start to finish. Very responsive and friendly and willing to help. I was an out of state buyer and had to have the car shipped from TX to MD and bought the car sight unseen and everything was as expected upon delivery. A+++. I called asking if they had a Maverick truck on the lot and we got lucky that they had one. We kept in contact all day till we finally showed up at 7:30pm. He had the Maverick pulled up, ready to test drive. We then went in and discussed a few things about financing and ended up buying two vehicles! I got a Bronco Sport and my wife got THE MAVERICK that’s she’s been doing for since they came out!

Purchased my second vehicle from Legacy Ford, Aaron the sales manager, and two of the salesmen Andrew Hernandez, and Eric Estrada helped me trade in my 2015 Ford Mustang (which I also purchased from Legacy) in for a new 2023 Ford Mustang. I already had the car picked out that I wanted, and Aaron spoke with me over the phone and had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived, I was already set on this particular car, and they did not try and push an up sell to a different model, which is an experience I have dealt with at other dealerships which made me walk out and leave. Instead they made the process painless, and I was in and out very quickly that evening, driving my new car home. This is the third time I have done business here, as a number of years ago, their service department was able to resolve an issue with my 2005 Saleen Mustang that no other dealership would touch simply because it was a Saleen trim level. Will continue to do business here for all my new vehicle needs.

Jacob Reyes was my sale person always bothered him with a manual came in because that’s what I wanted. Soon enough a si got traded in and 2 weeks later I went through with it both Jacob and sales managers worked their magic and got me the car. So happy with the purchase and them working with me to have me get it.

By far the best experience you can ask for when you walk in the door. Came in 30 minutes before closing to be greeted with open arms and not the we are about to close attitude. I work late hours and only had time to stop by that day and they were more than happy to help me. Eduardo and Aaron were a great team and just awesome all around. Had a horrible experience at 2 other dealerships that day before coming into this dealership. Let me tell you I wish I would have just stopped here to begin with. Great service, great atmosphere and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy. 5 Stars !!!

My infotainment screen went black. The service team schedule my car as soon as the part arrived. Unfortunately the replacement part was defective but they were on it. The replacement part arrived in no time at all (3 days) and I was scheduled for repair right away, which was a relief because I had travel plans in a few weeks. Red made sure I had transportation to and from work with their valet service while it was being serviced. The driver was very thorough and pleasant. The service technician even dusted the inside of my car after he completed the repairs. Legacy has a really great team! You guys rock! I highly recommend Legacy Ford for sales, parts and service! Very satisfied customer!!
