James Kincade is one of the worst human beings I delt with. First, he had evidence that would have definitely changed the outcome of a hearing in a divorce case and he didn't even present it in the exhibits. Second, I got him more evidence that the testimony the judge based his ruling on included 2 major perjuries by my wife and this cost money. I asked him to file motions based on new evidence he said I have to pay all what was owed and a retainer. And when I did, the same day he filed for withdrawal claiming financial issues and he has ignored my requests to return my money. Finally he almost never answers emails or phones and always out of the office or will get back to you and nothing. He only cares about money not what's right or justice.

WARNING. Do not hire this Attorney. He will take your money and not do anything on your case.

Its been one year since my mom hired him to do a simple Amendment to a Quadro. We have been to his office three times. They promise to have him call us. We have called him 6 times no one is at office or when they answer they say they promise to have him return our call. He has not sent my mom a bill demonstrating any work. No amendment has been done not has he called one time to discuss the matter as of one year from hiring him.
