Mi Bendición Bakery

Came in on a Sunday morning, the sweet bread is made fresh. It smelled delicious as soon as I walked in. I will come again. This was the only photo I took.

I ordered a tres leches cake for my brother's birthday and a German Chocolate cake for my husband's birthday. They were beautiful and AMAZING!! It was a half sheet three layer tres leches cake, soft (but not mushy) and not overly sweet- just perfect!! The German chocolate was delicious as well- everyone enjoyed them. Thank you La Bendicion Bakery!!

Great Tres-Leches cake!

I ordered a cake for my moms birthday, and we asked for a round tres leches cake. In our experience with other bakeries, either the cake is too runny or too dry. We also asked for a simple design, and for it to be layered. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and right away I knew Mr. Olivari was knowledgeable about cakes. He made suggestions for the filing and the frosting to be used. He assured me the cake would be just the right amount of milky-ness and cake. His cake was a hit, my mom LOVED her cake. She practically ate it all herself. It was also almost identical the picture we showed him. 10/10 would order again.

Also the orejas here are soo good!

When I wrote the review, it was under a different owner. Unfortunately the new owner isn’t skilled at cakes or decorating.

Small location but had a good variety of pan dulce. Bread was delicious.

First time visiting this place and everything we got was so moist and delicious.
The conchas were just right, not hard and not too sweet.
The husband and wife there were friendly and inviting.

Just FYI they only accept cash.

I moved back from Wharton to Rosenberg, I like this town, about 2 weeks ago and the last time I lived in Rosenberg, which was 3 1 1/2 years ago I've always wanted to come to this place. I have a kin here in Rosenberg and she told me that the Olivari Bakery is delicious to grab a sweet treat. I visited this bakery about 2 weeks ago and when I asked about the prices of the sweet delicious looking pasteries he, the owner gave me a great price and I was having a field day. His favorite that I like most was che chese cake bread role looking one. I bit into it when I returned to my vehicle cause I couldn't wait till dinner and it was the mose amazing pastery I've ever had. And no I don't go to bakeries much but I can say this one WILL be my 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟bakery of all of Rosenberg, TX. They where welcoming and kind! Thwir treats are so so good. I'm going back for more! I can't help it.😁😋🍩🍞🍮🍪🍰🎂💖💖💖💖💖

Walked at 7pm in Thursday had crowd waiting for tables,choose bar area to dine. Alexandria was our server in this area. Had the best service ever at this location, ,food served hot.Thank you Alexandria.

The conchas here are bomb not hard & not to soft but very moist ! Hard to explain but the bread is really good.

Nice place. I was looking for a birthday cake and I found here. Good price. Good quality. Good customer service. I like it and I recommend it.
