We are return customers (on our 3rd RV) because we love the staff and the service, plus the awesome selection of RV’s. This is are newest travel trailer (pictured) - our Jayco.
The customer service people have been very helpful. Shawn, the service manager, is the best. He has talked us off the cliff a few times. Cody needs to be mentioned as he has always been very informative.
This year when we were setting up our trailer in May 2023, Matt went above and beyond!!! He was patiently trying to walk us through part of the set up of our Jayco. My husband couldn’t figure out the auto jack system and Matt was going through it over the phone (for over a half hour). Mind you, this was the end of the workday and he was so patient and kind. What really surprised us was when he showed up at our property and came to the rescue!!!! We’re on Lake Camelot. We tried to give him money for his time and gas but he wouldn’t take a penny. Thank you Matt for going out of your way to help us when obviously we were overwhelmed. You’re the best!!! This is why we LOVE Greeneway ❤❤❤

Came in to have our trlr winterized and when we got there the inside was full of water. Matt came out to see what was up. He found the backdoor ramp was not shutting tight. He came up with the perfect solution for it. They went above and beyond to get it fixed. Awesome customer service.

We were on our 2nd camping trip with our new Imagine 2670MK and the water heater just quit working. First thing I thought is great brand new camper and we will have NO HOT WATER. I decided to call Greeneway our RV Dealer and see if they could be of any help with my situation. I was able to get Shawn Diamond the service manager on the phone and in 15 minutes we had hot water again. I want to thank Shawn for saving our camping trip and Greeneway for being a first rate RV dealer.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Best shopping experience I've ever had. Every person I worked with from the sales to service was extremely helpful and straightforward. The made us an excellent deal on a new rv and made the process seamless. When I arrived to pick up my rv I was really impressed with the walk through and their attention to detail. I had then install some extras and everything was just how i wanted it. After the sale they have been just as helpful as before the sale. The sales guy called a few weeks after we picked it up just to make sure everything was going well for us. Absolutely love the grand design rv. If you looking for the best dealership to work with for sales or service this is the one!

Bought a travel trailer from Greeneway earlier this year and it was really a good experience from beginning to end. We got right to the price I wanted, no drama. They were flexible on lots of the arrangements that come with a purchase like this. I was happy with the pre-delivery inspection and they jumped all over a post-purchase issue that came up and found a solution. They were able to install a lithium battery and do some other modifications and the workmanship was excellent as far as I can tell. They know a lot about solar and lithium battery upgrades and that was a big reason I bought there.

Great sales with superb service. Mike went above and beyond going through the new camper with us and getting our hitch set correctly. This coupled with smooth sailing through sales with Randy and finance particulars with Hope. Let's not forget scheduling and operations....they changed our appointment for us and made things happen. Would give 10 if we could. We are traveling and on a Sunday Matt replied to my plea for help online and Sean called us early this am as soon as they opened to get us connected with nate for our repair. Everyone was very understanding and helpful to get us repaired and back on the road in 2 hours.. Amazing !!!!

Purchased a used fifth wheel and they found two things that needed repair, fixed them both and didn't charge extra. They also allowed me to leave it there until the weather cooperated and I was able to pick it up. I'm very satisfied and recommend them with no reservations at all.

Greeneway Rv has given us fantastic service for our Solitude. Shawn, the service manager, has been accommodating our schedule to get things fixed knowing we live several hours away. They have been tremendous to work with, especially now days where customer service in many industries have been subpar. I’ve been spreading the word by mouth that Greeneway Rv is a great place to buy from. Finally came on here to say the same. When we decided on going to Greenaway, the single most important requirement was we wanted good service after the sale and they have been meeting our expectations.

I am so grateful that the top lithium battery company in the country referred me to the team at Greenway. Sure, my project was tiny compared to many of the ones they have done in the past, but I always felt like I was getting the rock star treatment.

I needed an overhaul of my camper’s electrical system including Battle Born Lithium Batteries, Victron inverter/convertor, solar charge controller, bluetooth, and Renogy solar. I was prepared to drive across the county to find a crew capable of doing the job to my satisfaction, imagine how thrilled I was when you recommended someone less than 90 minutes away from me. Then imagine my surprise when I found out that RV owners are coming from all over the country to a little town in the middle of Wisconsin to have this crew do their huge projects.

Not only did they do the job to my spec, they custom-made a variety of the project for me including finding an unused spot in the camper for all the batteries and electronics - meaning I lost zero storage capabilities. On pickup day Matt seemed like he should spend all day with me going over the systems if that was what I wanted. I kept telling him “you guys need to tell people how amazing your skill and craftsmanship is!” In typical midwestern fashion he just brushed it off with an “aw-shucks, thank you” level of humility that is rarely seen in this day and age.

Looking forward to many years of adventure with camper’s new ability to go off-grid for extended periods of time.

I'm not one to write many reviews, but I felt I needed to with our pleasant experience with Greeneway. This was our second camper purchase we've ever made, and Greeneway was much more of a pleasant process than the first place we purchased our camper. I really highly recommend them, their customer service is top notch! Shout out to Shaun & team in the service area, they went above and beyond making sure our new camper was working perfectly before we took it home.

I had lost the ability to bring power into my 5th wheel. Talked to Matt who walked me through the diagnostics to determine why. We had blown our Transfer switch and he advised on the phone how we could solve the problem. Thank you Matt, everything is back working and you were a God send.
