Excellent experience all around with Holden. I talked to at least 12 companies over the course of a year before deciding that Holden was our choice. They were patient, helpful, and displayed total professionalism at every step of the process. They use their own in-house crews with no outsourcing, which was a BIG plus to me.

Our particular crew leader has been with them for 20 years. The work was done quickly and the cleanup was as thorough as you could possibly expect.

Maynard, our project manager, helped us navigate with the insurance company and the process was seamless.

Scott Merrill did an exceptional job for us from start to finish. He handled the claim with our insurance company and adjuster in a most professional, thorough manner. The crew for our installation was superb with quality supervision. The new roof is very attractive. The crew did a good job of cleaning the site. I called Holden Roofing in the evening right after a hail storm. I wanted a roofing company that has been around for a long time and not a storm chasing roofing company. Stephen Stark called me the next morning to schedule an inspection. He showed up early and was very thorough in his inspection. He took care of filing the claim and meeting with the adjuster. He and Linda Lee, from the office, kept me updated the whole time the claim was being processed and completed. When it was time to start the work, communication was second to none. Stephen is very knowledgeable in the industry and always had answers to all my questions. He knows the insurance companies as well. The roofing crews all knew what to do. They were very quick and clean. There was a small issue with some siding tear out when they stripped my roof. It was not a problem at all and Stephen had it repaired in the next two days and painted to match.
I highly recommend Stephen Stark and Holden roofing for any of your roofing needs. It was a great experience with them in a very stressful time. They went over and above and greatly exceeded my expectations.

Charles worked very hard with the insurance company to get the claim processed and approved.
After the approval, supplies were delivered and arranged neatly to provide access to the garage and driveway.
Once the weather was clear the roofing crew arrived and proceeded efficiently with the removal and replacement of decking and shingles. It was a two day project that was completed in an efficient manner, including cleanup and removal of debris.
The only problem during this project was a bundle of shingles was accidentally left on the roof. Charles saw that that was taken care in a timely manner.
This is the second time I have used Holden and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Holden Roofing was recommended to me by a good friend and I now owe that man dinner, a really nice steak dinner! Scott and the team at Holden responded immediately, inspected my roof within a couple days, answered all of my questions quickly, guided me through what can be a scary process, and secured me a new roof, while also handling almost everything with the insurance company.

Highly recommend Holden Roofing for your roofing needs. Scott Merrill, a senior consultant with Holden Roofing, inspected our roof and while finding the roof in very good condition (appreciate the honesty!), did notify us that squirrels had attacked our roof vents eating at the aluminum coverings. He provided a very reasonable estimate for the cost to do the work and a three year warranty for work and materials. We accepted. More importantly, because the damage to the vents could lead to interior damage , Mr. Merrill on his own initiative put a "rush" on the job. Due to Mr. Merrill's efforts, Augustine and his crew arrived today to do the job relacing all of the vents with boots that squirrels hate, painting all the vents to match the roof color, checking the roof deck for any damage, and replacing the shingles removed (can't even tell the difference in the old and new shingles), and caulking to ensure water tight seal. They took less than an hour and a half to remove and replace eight vents, and did a terrific job. The crew was polite, professional, courteous, and removed all the trash. Paying for the work done was easy too. I just called the office, asked for Diana, as Mr. Merrill directed, gave them our credit card number and received a receipt via email. From the first inspection until the completion of today's job took four business days. We are really pleased with professionalism of this company, and the customer service from start to finish! Thank you Mr. Merrill, Augustine and crew, and Diana.

Wayne Palomar from Holden was quick to inspect my roof. He was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and overall exceptional. He explained the process from start to completion. He was definitely the right person for this whole ordeal. I would recommend Holden to anyone. Ask for Wayne, you can’t go wrong! Also a shoutout to the roof crew. They did a great job also.

Experienced storm wind and hail roof damage. Shopped around, read reviews and talked to neighbors and ended up selecting Holden Roofing. Very pleased with the choice. From the beginning, Maynard Lanham was every bit the professional. He was courteous and responsive, answering my questions and keeping me informed during the process. He helped me with the insurance claim and explained what to expect - and things went almost exactly how he said they would. When the day came, the work crew showed up just at day break, and worked to finish a complete roof replacement, including the decking, in one day. They did a great job with the clean up too! The gutters were put on the next day, and the final follow up for a handful of window screen repairs done about a week later. Overall, a great experience! Kudos to Brandon Pincheira of Holden Roofing who had recently helped me navigate through the complex process of filing a hail/wind damage claim and disputing my insurance company's initial decision. He visited my property on several occasions: for the initial visit, inspection, re-inspection, and for a call to the insurance adjuster. After the hail storm in April we contacted Holden Roofing to inspect our roof. Sure enough there was hail damage, as was on every single house in our neighborhood. They were very prompt in responding and communicating with us throughout the process with the insurance company and kept us updated on the claim. Both Ryan and Travis did an exceptional job. They patiently worked with us on not only the roof replacement, but the many side projects we needed done simultaneously. The roof is absolutely gorgeous. We’re truly pleased with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their roof replaced.
