Katy Memorial Services cleaned a customer’s tile roof. We observed several broken tiles and notified the customer. I referred the customer to Final Touch Roofing as they have done great work for me in the past. The customer told me that Final Touch Roofing came out quickly, offered a fair price, & had the tiles fixed within a few days. That is great service and I will continue to call Final Touch Roofing because of this and previous experiences.

Final Touch installed some gable vents on my house and replaced the roof after the big hail storm a couple years ago. They were great working with my insurance adjuster, the work was top notch, customer service is excellent!! I highly recommend Final Touch Roofing!

This is our 2nd roof replacement with Final Touch Roofing, 13 years ago and again in February 2023 for a total roof lost from hail. In fact, we have had Ted come out several times after the first replacement to check the roof. He has done this many times at no charge. This is the kind of company who cares about their customers as evident of the visits to our home when we thought we needed a roof inspection.

Tim is very professional and his roofing crew are incredible. We love the fact that they nail by hand and do not use nail guns. They have a very large crew and finished roofing our home in one day. The clean up was incredible too. I have a lot of shrubbery i was concerned about but all my plants were fine! They returned the following day for visual look for any needed repairs. Ted came out a few days later and made his inspection. His roofing supervisor will be coming out within the next few days to do a final inspection. My husband retired from a job as building superintendent overseeing a very large facility. He has always sought businesses who are exemplary in the services they provide. We highly recommend Ted and Final Touch Roofing and have referred them to many of our friends and neighbors.

Final touch replaced my roof. We were in a situation where we needed this to be done quickly as we are selling my home. Nik worked with us to finish ahead of the original timeline we gave him and they did an amazing job. Cannot recommend their work enough.

We recently used Final Touch Roofing for our roof (hail damage) replacement. Their service and installation from the initial roof inspection to completion of the reroof was absolutely a first-class professional product. They were extremely conscientious of having good weather days so there was no chance of rain damage to our house while the roof was off our house. They took the time to personally meet with our neighbors on each side of our house and brief them on what our reroofing project would entail. During the actual reroofing all appropriate measures were taken to ensure no damage to our house, including covering our pool, protecting our outside flower pots, BBQ and deck furniture. They started on time and finished on time. When the crew left after completing the reroofing, you could walk around the house and never know they had been there. We would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Final Touch Roofing did an excellent job for us. Pre-sales (Ted) was responsive and informative. Estimate was written, thorough, and a fair price for what we received. Crew arrived on time, worked well together (Louis was a good crew chief), good use of time-management (total time on-site was about 13 hours). They completely cleaned the roof deck before starting and hand-nailed the roofing products (no 'quick and dirty' pneumatic nailing). Cleanup was better than we expected: the yard was cleaner after they finished than before they began! We did not find any stray nails or other materials in the yard. The roof itself looks great: we actually had people knocking on our door asking who did the roof work.

If you want or need a new roof Final Touch is the way to go. Final Touch was referred to my by my insurance company and from start to finish they were super professional. They were on time for all their appointments, processed all the paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. They roofing materials were delivered on the date and time scheduled and the workers showed up on time and worked tirelessly till the work was done. The roof shingles were completely replaced in one day. They also did a thorough clean up when they were done. I highly recommend Final Touch Roofing.

Final Touch Roofing replaced my clients roof in 12-2015. There were a couple of flashing areas around the chimney and vents that needed to be nailed back down from the high wind storm we had last month. Zak came out and fixed everything. They stood behind their warranty and did an excellent job. On time and with a smile. And even went the extra mile and got the gutters clean of debris while there were up there on the roof.
