Amerisleep Mattress Store at The Galleria, Houston

Amerisleep mattresses are so incredibly comfortable, I've had mine for 4 years now, and I'll never switch to another mattress again.
I recently reached out to Barbara and she helped me get an adjustable base for my mattress. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the process go a lot smoother. I would highly recommend working with her!

Phone call experience with Barbara was amazing. She was professional and really displayed kindness throughout the entire interaction. Being a first time shopper with Amerisleep, she explained the various mattress they offered and described the benefits of their mattress. Usually i like ordering online without interacting with sales rep but this encounter with Barbara was non pressured and comfortable. Cant wait to receive the mattress. Hope it works out!

Barbara at Amerisleep is fabulous! I did some research on mattresses on Consumer Reports' website, so I had a few things I was looking for--all of which Amerisleep provides, but I wasn't sure which Amerisleep mattress to purchase. Barbara asked and answered questions very patiently! I asked her one particular question twice because I wasn't fully understanding. She is knowledgeable and matched me with the right mattress. She spent a lot of time with me, and I never felt rushed. She was absolutely lovely, wonderful customer service!

I’ve ordered my first Ameri sleep mattress a few years back. We love it so much that I ordered one for my mother but it’s been the year since we’ve ordered these mattresses and the name on them have changed. Barbara Ramsey, Was able to look up my purchase history and appointment to do right direction to which mattress I should get. She was super helpful. She Facilitated with the purchase of my new mattress. On top of that, she was able to give me additional discount because we’ve bought mattresses in the past. Thank you, Barbara

My husband and I are return customers. We have had a Queen size mattress for 7 years and love it. When the time came to upgrade to a Split King there was only one option. James Foret was a wonderful help in making the best decisions for our needs. He was patient, well informed, and made the purchasing process very easy. Not only does Amerisleep produce wonderful mattresses, but the customer service is outstanding. - Not pushy - just available and happy to help! I'm a customer for life and tell all my friends about our experience.

I searched under Mattresses in Google. There were mattresses listed and Amerisleep was rated number 1. I proceeded to read all about the mattress. I was very impressed with the line reading spine alignment in a few places. My back is quite so sore.
I called the phone number listed and James was my person. He was so knowledgeable about the products Amerisleep offers. I had to call him back a couple of times and he gave me his direct phone number which I was so pleased with, instead of telling my story over and over again.
He asked me questions to find out my height and weight so he could figure out which mattress would best suit my body. I am a back sleeper and have Spinal Stenosis so his questions were great. I would highly recommend James as he is quite an asset to your company!

James was incredibly helpful with my questions about shipping, handling, and assembly. I was also very impressed that he didn't try to upsell me on anything and was genuinely concerned in helping me find a bed that met my needs. This was extremely refreshing compared to most companies that just want to upsell and it was why I decided to purchase the AS2 mattress and adjustable+ frame. Really looking forward to it. Barbara the store manager went out of her way to make sure we ordered the right mattress that matched our previous purchase with you several years ago. she was very thorough repeating everything back to us so there was no chance of a mis communication on the order. Where much of this country has become a no customer service world, she is quite the opposite.
