Honestly…this shop is a Godsend. After being told that I needed a new engine by another shop, I was recommended to Professional Auto Care by another Jeep owner. They did all the right things to discover that I did NOT need a new engine. And they have it running better than ever. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. And did the job above my expectations.

They have earned the right to my business. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Service was TOP NOTCH!!!! I could not have asked for a better experience. The shop kept me informed every step of the way and checked in with me before making any decision. Paperwork was clear and straight to the point and the employees here are some of the most genuine and exciting individuals I have met in a long time. My company has been conducting business with this shop for some time now and we regret nothing! reasonable pricing, fast service and customer service. Words can’t express how much I appreciate Karolena and her team for assisting me these past couple days. I was sold a car that stopped on me in less than 24 hours and she took care of me! Let me park my car after hours, squeezed me in the next day, gave me a FULL and VERY detailed description diagnostic on what was wrong with my car and tried to help with a plan. The owner Karolena is an excellent communicator, facilitating an exact service time that works for your schedule and providing you with timely updates on the delivery of parts that they order for your vehicle. I purchased their Smart Service and have zero regrets. My vehicle is without a doubt serviced by the best garage in Houston.

My work uses this company for vehicle maintenance. I took my car in here a few days ago to get it checked out since my engine sounded like a non-stop water filter when I sped up. I also had problems with the brakes. The manager is very professional and car-savvy; she told me that my brake calipers were completely destroyed and were cracking, as shown in the photo below. They had everything fixed by the end of the day and I’m satisfied with no more issues! I will be visiting them again the next time I have an issue.

They are upfront with the costs and they perform services and provide constant feedback with the intent of having you as a long term cusstomer.

Got a pre-purchase inspection on my 2007 Honda CR-V and they were very thorough and helpful. Love this place and their service, very friendly and detailed. As a broke college student looking for a reliable inspection place, I'm very glad I chose this place and would definitely recommend to anybody looking to buy a used car and wanting to get it checked out before actually purchasing it.

Was impressed at the speed of the reply to my initial question then to the website loaded with info where we can make appointments, estimated prices and length of time needed etc. So modern. Karolena was so nice when I came in, very efficient and knowledgeable in the work she's doing. I was in and out before I knew it. She also made recommendations about my tires and stressed how important it is that they get replaced ASAP for my safety. Took her advice and got new tires right after leaving the shop. I appreciate that she was thorough and mentioned a couple of things instead of just doing the inspection then sending me on my way.

I can't express myself, but to be thankful with Karolena and her mechanics for helping me a great deal about my car needs, which I recently purchased as used and wasn't sure what I needed to maintain well as long as I want to keep this car all the way. This is the only shop I will ever go to in Houston. When I first got my last car I took it in to have it looked at because I was worried about it being a salvaged vehicle and I know nothing about cars. Karolena actually got in the car and drove it around with me to make sure it ran okay. My newest vehicle actually turned out to have a lot of problems and when I came in I actually had to have it towed in off the freeway. I was so afraid and stressed out when I arrived but everyone I came into contact with were so nice. Someone actually gave me a hug. I bought a service smart check and the report was so thorough I actually have no anxiety that there are any hidden problems that I am not aware of. They took the time to explain everything to me and show me where on my car the problems were located. Even though they delivered bad news about my car, I have zero qualms about the shop at all. I don't have to worry about being ripped off here. I feel safe when I walk in the door and, again, knowing nothing about cars, that's an incredibly unique experience for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to come here.
