This place is tucked away in the Heights area, with a knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. I went in to have repairs done on one of my table lamps; the switch had shorted out so I couldn’t turn it on anymore. They charged $15 to replace it, and had the repairs done within the hour. The person that served me was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ll definitely return if there’s a need.👍🏼

Excellent, timely and professional services provided by Alcon Lightcraft staff (Especially Ms. Maura and Mr. Raymond) satisfying my antique lamp re-wiring/maintenance needs. Just cannot but find any words other to encourage anybody seeking electrical lamp maintenance, as well as, to visit Alcon Lightcraft to purchase, choosing from an astounding inventory of gorgeous items for their home.

Amazing service and they really work with you to accomplish whatever your needs are! I’ve had 3 different lamps worked on here, one was re-wired and the other two were vintage lamps I had re-worked to accommodate an uno shade I loved. Super fair pricing too!

Went in today expecting to have to leave my lamp overnight since it was close to closing. However, I was able to leave with lamp in hand within 10-15 mins top. The women were welcoming upon me entering the store. Lots of beautiful unique lamps on display. I would go back with no question.

Brilliant store and planning to go back soon to order a large retro 1970s shade for our very large German lamp they rewired last year. I’ve been looking for an email address to send pictures of what I’m looking for but with no luck.
