I needed a same day fulfillment. I would have had to wait 2 days for delivery from the supplier as it is a special order medication. Although this pharmacy didn't carry what I needed a young lady in the pharmacy took initiative to find another location that carried the medication. After we hung up, she called me back to let me know that my daughters' script was sent to the other CVS down the street and would be ready for pick up same day. She went out of her way when she didn't have to. Exceptional customer service!

my wife and son came here for passport photos. i will admit my wife’s experience during her initial visit to take the photos was a one star, but our subsequent visit because the photos were blurry was a 5 star. Sinise and Tammy helped us tremendously resolve the issue with the camera blurring and kindly made sure before we left that we had clear photos before we left the store. i appreciate there are still people out there that are willing to do what’s right. thank you soo much to Senise for having the patience towards my son and helping my wife out!!

This CVS store is well organized all the time and they staff are helpful and no not lazy, they will help you to the best of there ability if you are the person inline they will help each person inorder. If you are in a hurry and can't wait, just go somewhere else. They are not cruel to anyone. And most times they will get you done ASAP. They have helped me many a time. And I will go back Time and Time again. Thank you just a message to those who don't have any patience to wait on your meds.

I picked up my usual prescription. The techs are very friendly here. I’ve bought snacks before but I’m an in and out shopper. I like the layout. Walking quickly to the pharmacy is convenient.

Professional staff. Several times I have gone in to refill a prescription, and they have stopped and filled it while I waited. I have never had a pharmacy do that ever. Always in and out quickly. They do a great job.

I don't typically leave 5-star reviews unless the service provided was truly exceptional, and I think this is one of those rare cases.
👍 This CVS isn't near my home, but is conveniently located down the Washington Corridor in Houston, Texas. I was able to seamlessly use this location as a backup pharmacy when my regular location was closed because of a fire in the area.
👍 The staff is very nice and polite, even during stressful situations (like another CVS experiencing a disaster and was forced to transfer prescriptions).
👍 I recently needed photos taken for a passport and the manager was ready to snap my photo in minutes. My passport photos were ready in no time! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. (Your experience may be different, so please do not show up at the CVS last minute expecting immediate service).

God bless the wonderful pharmacist who may have saved my son. The doctor we saw today prescribed 4x the prescribed limit of the drug for my infant son; an overdose of which could have been fatal to a baby. The pharmacist saw the dose and requested us to confirm before giving such a high dose. I called our on call nurse and sure enough he was right. Thank you so so much! Please keep doing what you’re doing.

Sinse was the best passport photographer for our 5yo. We were in and out in 5 minutes and she was very pleasant. Thanks for a great experience.

As a parent with a feverish child, let me just say how much I appreciate the fact that this is a 24 hour CVS, but more importantly an employee they have called Dae-Dae. I walked in at 1am after leaving urgent care and she just went above and beyond to help me look for what we needed. She walked all the way in the back with me and actually searched the selves for me, then made suggestions like Pedialyte because small kids get dehydrated she said...I was so shocked that such a young employee cared so much about my baby and wanted to help me through my time of need. I really appreciate the human kindness she shared with me not knowing me and especially so late at night. CVS keep her! Give her a raise, an employee of her caliber is hard to find. If you are ever in need of something late at night head on over to this CVS and ask for Dae-Dae - she'll take care of you...! Thank you Dae-Dae!!!

My company healthcare plan suddenly changed where I could fill my subscriptions. I was saddened to hear that I could only fill them at CVS locations because I would never normally shop there and it would be an extra errand stop.

However I was super pleased with the pharmacist who helped me with transferring my prescriptions today. My normally expensive prescription was usually discounted via a coupon and it wasn’t going through. Instead of telling me to pay the full amount, he took the time out of his day to help me find the correct coupon and ultimately called my previous pharmacy to find the coupon details directly. I was both impressed and appreciative with his kindness. I don’t remember his name but could see his picture on the wall beside the pick-up area.

This experience changed my outlook on CVS and I’m now happy to keep making that extra stop to fill my prescriptions and shop for occasional odds and ends.

The manager Daniel and another staff were very kind to help me about a potential hit-and-Run. I asked them to check the security video footage for me. Daniel patiently checked cameras from different angel several times and helped a lot!

I've been using this CVS for prescriptions for 10 yrs. No complaints ever. Nothing but great customer service. The head pharmacist, Paul Garcia, consistently goes far above and beyond the call of duty for myself and my son. Thank you, Paul and the rest of the CVS team!

I went to CVS late at night, approximately 12:30am. I walked in a Pamela was incredibly friendly and was able to assist me with all my needs. Phenomenal customer service!!!

I high Recommend CVS as they are Great and Outstanding.

Always get great service when I stop in. Feels great to be greeted and provided with kind salutations by Gabe. Even when he looks stressed, this young man will go out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of.

I go here mostly to refill prescriptions at the pharmacy, but everyone is very friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem with anything here. I will definitely continue to use this location.

Samuel was and always is very helpful and very pleasant to see. always happy and eager to help. Very will stocked store.
