Kroger

I ALWAYS love Kroger. I love the customer service, groceries and location. Every time I need something to purchase from there, 98% of the time, they got it. Any time I go there, I always receive the Best Customer Care from there. Heck, they even know me by name.😂peace ✌😎

They fully have a bar. That one got me. Like, You can sit down at a table and have a glass of wine or beer in the beer and wine section… genius. That’s so smart of them. Grab drinks with a friend, your prescription, broccoli, sushi, balloons, fresh cut flowers, and a rotisserie chicken all at one location… I’m floored. Well played, Kroger. They have a Starbucks, as well. Also some form of meal prep thing I’ve never heard of.

You have to love any type of store, especially a grocery store, that serves wine and beer as you shop! Forget about your coffee, give us the booze so we can shop more!
I wish the Kroger in my neighborhood had this set up.
Kroger’s always has the best sell on chips. You have to buy 4 but that’s okay. You will still be saving and sipping on one of your favorite drinks.

This is an excellent Kroger Store located on N. Shepherd Dr. @ W. 11th St. The store is clean and well lighted with very good merchandise presentation.

They carry an eclectic variety of products for the discerning customer. I especially like the produce department. Starbucks, a bistro and a pharmacy are located in the store. A Krogers Fuel Stop is located in the parking lot.

The store is well staffed with friendly and helpful associates.

Good variety of meats and fresh veggies. Nice staff.

This Krogers is one of the better ones to shop at. They rarely have something that I need out of stock.The store is always clean and the costumer service is good.

Very clean store with a friendly and helpful staff. A nice selection of wine too and a place to sit down in store to have a cold beer or glass of wine. The store is also very organized and very minimal mess in here, if any. If you come during lunch hours, they also serve up pretty good meals in the deli area. Convenient to I-10, 45 and 610.

James was very friendly and helpful getting us in and out of Kroger for out last minute thanksgiving preparations!!

I love shopping here and though it's out if the way for me I don't mind traveling to get here... all the employees that I've encountered are friendly...

I was at self-checkout with one of you workers assisting me if I’m not mistaken her name was Gabrielle
(gabby) I felt satisfied with leaving your krogers location she has great communication when she was assisting me a very positive energy to her and helped me throughout my whole process of being there in self checkout she is very nice she made me feel wanted at krogers I will definitely be back there because of just that definitely will be going to her aisle after getting my items to purchase give that girl a higher position and a raise !

Worth visiting purely for the wine selection. An incredible selection of unique bottles that rivals even the best wine stores. Wines from small family vineyards across the world that don’t otherwise sell their product at major retailers. Whoever curates the wine range for this store… keep up the great work!

Great service and fresh veggies

The grocery store looks smaller from the outside but once you're inside, there is a very well stocked store. This Kroger carries everything from floral to sushi to a bar you can actually sit at. The store is super clean and stocked. I went shopping on a Sunday and it was busy. The check out lanes were speedy and delightful. I'm I hope this location isn't one of the few that are getting closed down.

I want to say a HUGE THANK-YOU to Eugene at this Kroger location. I was driving around the heights last night trying to find bottled water as my husband and I were down to just 2 bottles of drinking water during this freak winter storm. When I pulled up at this Kroger, they were closed and Eugene was actually guarding the doors. When he sensed that I was truly desperate for drinking water, although he couldn't let me into the store because the store was closed, he took a case of bottled water from his car and offered it to me for FREE. I'm so incredibly grateful for the kindness of him and it made me feel hope for our humanity! I'll definitely be back shopping at this Kroger more and find a way to thank him for being an angel in a dire situation!

The Pharmacy Staff at this location is excellent. Very professional, and patient! Rare to find this type of service these days!!!

People may think it doesn’t matter which Kroger location to go to but I’m here to tell you yes it does! Gary, the store manager of this location is one of those people who makes a difference by the level of his professionalism and great customer service he provides in this store. Highly recommended and I’m sure if any customer comes to him with any issues he is the one to take care of them in the best way possible. Called 3 other location and did not get much of a help but last minute before store closes he went out of his way to take care of the service I needed. This is going to be my main Kroger to shop from now on!

The produce here is always fresh and tastes great. They have the best wine selection of the three grocery stores that I frequent. The overall selection is the most varied that I've seen in my area.

This was my 70th Birthday. I ordered a sheet cake and a strawberry 🍓 whipped cream, sprinkled with gold glitter a designer cake. It was unbelievable. My guest ate all that cake and I only tasted the whip cream on the container. I had to order a third cake the next day. The cake was sooo moist and delicious. Thanks Martin for your great skills. YOU made by day-Thank You!
