Dr.Curry and staff are wonderful. I brought in a litter of 5 puppies. They were patient and very thorough with them. Checking stool samples, heartbeats, breathing, eyes, ears, etc. First vaccines weren’t terrible. First experience out of the house was a good one.

I had a very nice experience at Underwood yesterday. We are new at this clinic. My precious dog has a potentially serious diagnosis and the staff and Dr. Bradley were so kind to me. The wait was not that long. And the facility was clean. This will most definitely be my new vet.

We had to take our beloved Christy on Sat 12/23 to let go of her and end her suffering. We were hoping that she would be ok to at least spend Christmas with us, but that was not the case, and she declined rapidly after seeing our veterinarian days prior. This was a walk-in and first-time visit for us. They treated us with the utmost care and compassion that I have ever had in regard to my pups. I can not say enough about the care she received at the end. We will be making our next appointments here for our other pups. Thank you to each and every one of you from the bottom of our hearts. You are very appreciated!

We have taken our animals to Underwood Animal Clinic for at least 18 years and have always been satisfied with the doctor and staff. They truly take pride in the care they give our pets. Our two dogs love to go there!

I can’t say enough about how great this staff is they have taken care of Mickey Mouse since he was a puppy through COVID-19 and all they have been there for him.

Dr. Woods is the most kind, compassionate, and gentle Veterinarian I could have asked for to care for my two loved chihuahuas. I brought my 10 yr. Old male dog in Unannounced the first time I went here, and just 15 mins. Before they were to close at 12:00. He was sick and hadn’t eaten anything for three days. She graciously took my dog in with no appointment, ran some tests, and told me she’d call Monday with the results after giving me some antibiotics, anti nausea meds, & appetite stimulator. Monday came around and she informed me the worst possible thing a pet owner can hear. that she suspected he had cancer. We had been force feeding him to get some weight gain back, & he seemed to be ok for awhile. Our female had been previously diagnosed by Laporte animal clinic with a rectal prolapse in November of last year. that vet told us she might make it to Christmas, & charged me about 30% more for the same blood work tests (for example). She is still healthy & eating like a pig (her normal eating habits) other than her prolapse, but has a BAD Skin irritation. I brought them both back the 2nd time for an appointment, & was given some bath meds for Dottie (our female). Our boy “Junior” lasted about another week before showing signs of pain, at which point I immediately brought him in for euthanasia. I called while omw to the clinic (I had previously made an appointment for 3 hrs. Later than when I rushed him in) - distraught & beside myself, she brought him in (lobby was packed with animals), & took care of our boy. I couldn’t have asked for better care for our boy, & when it was over, dr. Woods told me not to loose hope on our female, that there’s other things we can do for her. I only wish I had come here last nov., the other vet didn’t offer much besides a minimum $1500 surgery that apparently isn’t very successful. I will only bring my female back here, no exceptions!!

I found a lost dog on my way home and needed to get some medical attention for him. Called several locations and Underwood was the only one who said I could bring him in, given the clinic was closing in an hour. Not only that the staff was friendly, they went above and beyond to help me and the lost dog locate his owner. Jade, the vet tech, scanned for his chip and got busy calling the company. We found out his name and Jade contacted the owner. As a result, Killer/Sam returned home safely. I would like to thank the receptionist who answered our call. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but nevertheless, you’re a godsend. Thank you Underwood!!

Only place that would take my dog on a Saturday. Everyone in Baytown said they don't do new dogs on the weekend. This place made me an appointment and took care of my baby. He doesn't trust easy but they made him feel loved. He only likes the cheese they gave him no other treats 😂. However thank y'all for taking care of my baby. He is feeling alot better.

Great customer service. Both doctors and staff listen to detail and examined my dog very thoroughly. I will definitely be back with all of my animals.

Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They made us feel very welcome.

Just wanted to give a shout out to their employee Becky. She was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist me in finding another clinic that took Care Credit for Nala. So glad there are still friendly people out there. Thanks Becky

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my sick cat in for an upper respiratory infection and we were in and out in under an hour. The vet tech was so sweet, so was the vet! The whole staff made me feel welcomed. The vet explained every course of treatment we could take and we both decided on the best course of action. Front desk girl was also very friendly. They are also reasonably priced. Less than $200 for an antibiotic shot, exam and meds to administer at home. I’d highly recommend this animal clinic!

I had a very positive experience. It sometimes feel like a grift when I visit a new vet but they seemed more interested in assisting than getting money out of me. They also approached the issues with my dog with a more holistic approach which I appreciated.

They took the time to examine my boy. They were extremely gentle with him as well. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood how to give him his medication. I have loved this place over 5 years...

My 15 y/o Jack Russell terrier needed extensive dental work.
Dr Curry did an excellent job extracting 13 teeth. Sadly, I had been
putting it off due to the cost involved but this clinic accepts SCRATCHPAY.
It is just like CARE CREDIT only for animals!
I will be loyal to this establishment for informing me of this option and will be forever grateful for the kindness they showed to my dog.

Have been using this clinic for 10 years. Always prompt, friendly and ready to help. Can't say my dog appreciates his visits, though!

I rescued a kitten last night and it became very sick early this morning. Even though I’m not an existing patience, Underwood Animal Clinic accepted the kitten immediately into their care this morning, on a booked day, and were extremely compassionate and provided this little baby the best of care. Thank you so much for your kindness.
