Chris and his team at Bavarian are hands down the best German mechanics in the area. They get to the bottom of the issues with my Audi every time at a fair price. No games and no gimmicks. I trust Bavarian and would choose them over any dealership every time. Ethical mechanics are hard to come by, and high maintenance cars are even more difficult to find reliable service for. One mechanic told me I needed a new engine, but Chris found out I just needed new fuel injectors. Luckily Bavarian offers everything you need to keep your BMW, Audi, or Mercedes in great condition. I recommend them to all of my friends and family with German cars. If you have an issue with yours, take it here, and I promise you will not be disappointed. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure your car is running perfect. He helped me out getting an engine In my Audi after it was blown. I have a diesel bmw and he knows them inside and out I would not take it to anyone else. Chris is very trustworthy and will help out with any needs possible. I would not hesitate to take my cars to Chris. Thank you for being someone that can be trusted and helping out with the Audi and making sure my bmw is in perfect care.

I cannot recommend this business enough if you need work done on your BMW. Chris was transparent, professional, and patient with me through the entire process of getting my engine replaced. This was a major job and he laid out all my options and worked with me to get to the finish line. As a garage owner myself I can tell when someone is honest, fair, and has their customers in mind and this shop is by far one of the best I have worked with.

I had a coolant hose issue with my E90 328xi, after calling the BMW Store and them wanting to wait 2-3 days to even look at my car to diagnose anything, I decided to call Bavarian Motor Service. Terra was so incredibly kind and informative. Nothing was mentioned from the BMW store about driving the car with no coolant but Terra made sure to tell me not to drive it anywhere to not cause any additional damage.

After getting it down there, it took them almost exactly 24 hours to get my car back to me and for a cost that was completely reasonable (Costed less than the tow itself).

I could not be happier with the services provided and will (unfortunately) be back again when the next issue arises.

Shockingly great professional people with transparency to customer in mind. Eric the service advisor was highly knowledgeable and forth coming with all of my BMW needs. Eric also walked me thru my opinions for the services needed to insure the best proformance for my 2011 335i X Drive. The best part of this BMW Service center is the owner Chris, which is a working owner trained through BMW certified training. I highly recommend the BMW Service center for all your BMW, MINI, MERCEDES, AUDI AND VW needs. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent service provided.

Chris and Terra are amazing!! They went above and beyond with my E38 7 series. It’s a bit of a Frankenstein and they had no judgement and found issues that I didn’t even know about. They gave me honest answers as to what need to be addressed now and what could wait a little bit so as to not have as big of and impact on my wallet at once. Happy to have it back running right!

BMW in Cincinnati kept my car for a week, and charged me so much, and still didn’t fix my issue. Bav auto fixed my car in one day. Great work

Bought my wonderful, adorable Mini Cooper Clubman from Chris here. I will definitely be back for all my service needs on it, he has a new customer. He was extremely nice, professional & knowledgeable. The shop was beautiful & immaculate, very welcoming, nicely decorated & cozy. Highly recommended. Had service done on 6/15/2022. If you want someone you can trust, then Chris and Bavarian are the place in NKY. I stopped going to the dealers. Honest and fair rates. Great communication. They also put up with all my questions and I ask a lot of them. Thanks for that too!! Not much more you can ask for.

I am beyond impressed with this place. Professional and trustworthy. Took my vehicle in for a “check brake wear” notification. Eric called to let me know it was only a sensor causing the notification. $100 to replace. If I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere, who knows how much I would have had to pay for brake replacement, etc. Thank you Bavarian for being honest and genuine. I will most definitely use this business for any issues in the future!

Our 1998 740Il was in need of some TLC. It's not always easy to find a qualified BMW tech in NKy. We found Bavarian Motor Service in Florence, KY. Chris, the owner, went over the car with a fine tooth comb. He detailed & prioritized the maintenance issues, offered fair pricing and completed the work. We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the work and his knowledge of the car.

Eric and Tara kept us informed of all that was going on with updates of the work and status of parts on order from BMW. Excellent service.

Took my car to this shop for the first time, and I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and the quality of the work done. I will definitely be back for any future service or repairs that need to be done.

Just had my car serviced here. At a quoted 300 dollars per brake pad from the dealership and needing the oil changed as well, they were able to save me several hundred dollars compared to what the dealership would have charged me. Highly recommend them for future/all services on Bmw/mini/Mercedes vehicles.

Great service!!! They worked me in their schedule with very little notice due to my travel constraints for military. Excellent work on my 2005 BMW 325ci. It's running great again! Thank you for the quick turn around. I recommend this location for any of your BMW needs.

I had a broken coil spring on my F10 2012 535 x drive, I got quotes from several places in the 1.5k range (for both rear springs) and elected to do it myself for that price. I had requested a quote from Chris at Bavarian and it came in at about half of what some others were offering, so I decided I'd rather pay than do it myself. Despite being a small shop and this being a half day job, they had my car ready in one business day. They don't offer some frills like loaner cars, but they do have a partnership with enterprise for $25 a day on rentals which is nothing compared to what you'll save on labor. My car feels amazing again and they were more than happy to quote some preventative maintenance that I'll need in the next year or two, also with great prices. I'm on my third BMW and usually do jobs myself, but from now on when I need work, I will be calling these guys first.

I noticed a review mentioning they made some diagnoses that the dealer disagreed with, I haven't personally had a car inspected by Bavarian so I can't vouch for that, but I wouldn't be too quick to believe what the dealer says. I appreciate my dealer and they're amazing for routine things like oil changes or fluid exchanges, but their complimentary inspections routinely miss basic mechanical issues and point out low hanging fruit like worn tires. I've had tires recommended to be replaced by the dealer with 50%+ tread life while they've missed obvious things like a failing drive belt tensioner. On the other hand, when you pay for an inspection from the dealer ($240 I believe is what the last one cost me) they do a thorough job, they saved me from a nightmare of an X5 with a litany of problems. The complimentary inspections aren't a serious look at your vehicle and shouldn't be used as a substitute for legitimate mechanical advice like what you'll receive here.

It’s hard to find a shop you can trust. Especially one that stands behind their work. I bring both of my cars ( BMW and Mercedes) here for service and repair as they have done a great job. Erik, the office manager is exceptional. I recommend this shop for anyone looking for auto repair.

Chris provides excellent service at a very affordable price. We have been bringing him our BMWs For several years and he’s kept them running great! Recently had some service on a new one we picked up and he stayed late to ensure we got the car back when promised.

I am delighted to report that I have found a safe haven for my BMW car repairs..After 8 years at another local repair shop, I decided to try something new. As a non technical female, it I need to rely on the skills of the mechanics to keep my cars running and in tip top shape.

These guys are consummate professionals, will return your vehicle to factory fresh performance. Bavarian Motors is the only shop that will ever work on my BMW.
