Family friendly everybody knows each other and the manager is awesome she tried to help everybody like their kids very family-orientated very nice do you have your here if your kids go to school they got buses that runs right buy here for kids dog friendly too very easy pull through in the RV spots stars 🤩

I love living here at the park. It’s so family bound and everyone knows each other. They all treat you like family here, and go to any lengths to be helpful and flexible with any situation you may be in. I’ve been apart of this community since I was little and I wouldn’t wanna be anywhere else. It’s an amazing place to be and I love all my family I’ve gained there.

Really nice place people keep to themselves and the Manger she is really nice they take good care of the place. The even have a small pond for kids and dog friendly

management responded quick very nice to me. made me feel good about switching to rv living for the first time.

I started out just living here for 3 yrs I loved it. Very quiet cozy all the tenants are sweet and help each other. 2yrs ago I became the manager. It is still quiet cozy and we still have the same sweet help each other out tenant. Our park is an awesome place to stay.

It’s a “No frills” type of RV park but that’s ok, they have everything you need, laundry facilities, bathhouse & full hookups, cement pads, Management is spectacular, very accommodating & super friendly. It’s the most affordable park in the surrounding area, close to Burleson & Alvarado, not too far to Mansfield & Fort Worth. We enjoyed our time here as it’s pretty quiet. There is easy access to the highway too. Definitely recommend as a place to stay in DFW.

Very quiet park. Clean and decent showers and facilities. Price per month is reasonable. If you need fast internet while you're here they have that too. I would stay here again.

I love this place! The Community is friendly. The Management is EXCELLENT! Great Clubhouse and outdoor covered patio overlooking a pond. The perfect view for Morning coffee. The Showers are clean and there are washer and dryers. Really nice place to be.

Grate rv park. manager is wonderful. Very quite and clean Highly recommend

The public bathroom is very cozy and nice. It was clean and I was able to take my time without any interruptions to hurry up. Also, the RV park is in a private area that is quiet even though its next to the hwy.

As the manager for the past 3 yrs, this park does not deserve the negative remarks made by people who have never lived here. As Google 'guides' they receive points for their opinions, no matter if they've never driven into our park.

I'm so grateful for this place and these folks. I feel at peace knowing that my son is in good hands at his home away from home.

Love this park and it's Management Ms Sandra is the sweetest lady ever. Been here for many years and hopefully for many more

Management and owners are very nice. It's nothing fancy but I'm comfortable and free to live my life.
