The employees are beyond friendly and welcoming. I enjoy coming here. It’s always a good experience. I feel good leaving with a clean car and not over paying for the service!

I go here at least 3x a month. Everyone who works here are really nice. My husband and I bought each other unlimited car washes and it's awesome! We love The Wash Shop!!

I went to get my car wash and the gentleman that helped me out Raúl was very friendly and helpful. Super nice and suggested very respectfully what I needed without making me feel like he was just trying to upsell. My car was left amazing but what made my experience great was the customer service. When I was inside the lady at the counter was so nice and had a smile on her face the entire time I was there. She seems like she really loves what she does. I will definitely be back.

I love this car wash! There are several new car wash locations that have popped up in the area this past year (two are closer to my home) and I have been so disappointed with the quality of wash I received at those new car washes. At the Wash Shop (I call it arbor car wash) , it is always a quality wash with air drying and hand drying. I also like the people that work there. My husband and I have been customers for 4 years. I love that you can get your oil changed, inspection sticker and interior detailed (highly recommend) there as well. Recommend signing up for the monthly plan!

Took my SUV for full detail on 11/7/23, at the Bee Cave location. The team who provided interior/exterior cleaning were amazing. I was able to sit and watch process. My SUV was spotless. Team took extra care and time to clean every surface thoroughly. They were able to remove spots and stains inside and out that I thought was permanent. Wish I could give them a higher rating. Thank you! I will definitely return. FYI, bring cash to tip. Cannot be added to credit card charge.

Great wash but what will keep me coming back was the friendly staff. Roy and I chatted for a while and his kindness and conversation made my day!

I love this car wash! Raul is always eager and ready to greet with a friendly smile! The car washes are top notch and they are constantly adding and improving things that enhance their quality and customer service!

I had my vehicle inspected there. It was fast. I got there and wasn't there long. I think the technician name was Navarro he was super nice and really good 👍 I might start coming here for my oil change now. They also give military discounts which I'm thankful being a Marine. Thanks again!!

It was our first time at this location and we were happily greeted by Raul who was very attentive and explained all the services to us. The crew was amazing. Unlike other places they actually take pride in their work here to make sure your car leaves lookin good!

This place is great and convenient, we have a monthly membership. One of the guys, Raul recommended having our headlight polished. We were a bit skeptical but we decided to do it and was shocked at how good it came out. It looks brand new! Would totally recommend if you need that service.

I had a discrepancy with the wash and Jose, the manager, was quickly able to dispel the issue and work it out. I am grateful for his willingness to help and remedy the situation.

I have been a customer of Arbor Car Wash (Bee Caves) for years. We get our cars washed and our vehicle maintenance there. We have always been pleased with their service, as its friendly and timely. Today I needed my maintenance records from multiple previous years, the guys at the lube center and car wash were really nice and immediately helped me (I know administrative things like that are tough at times). Those vehicle records helped me save approximately $1500 on my truck getting fixed at another shop because i was able to prove my maintenance records.

I have had two cars inspected this month for registration renewal and both times the (same) technician was cordial and quick as was the mechanic who helps in queueing vehicles and expediting the process. Having my cars washed at the adjoining Arbor Car Wash (my Austin favorite) is ideal.

Great customer service! They also did such a great job detailing my car! I highly recommend them for sure! Make sure to have cash on you to be able to leave a tip!

Wonderful routine servicing for my 2012 Toyota Camry. I’ve been coming here for 2 years with 5-star service each time. Most recently (Aug 2022) my car was in need of transmission fluid replacement, fuel injection cleaning, oil change, and airing of tires at 150,000 miles. The mechanic, Bill, treated me with respect, was transparent with pricing, and servicing was efficient and well done. Bonus! You get a free car wash and detail with service here. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else!

I went to Arbor car wash last weekend and the experience was excellent! The cleaning crew did an awesome job … took care of the car like theirs and am completely satisfied! I hope they bring back 1 for 10 car washes back!

Really enjoy this car wash. Service is excellent and being a wash member makes it ao convenient.

Great level of service that will leave your car looking new again. Did the seat restoration package to work out all the dog, good, kid stains and bring the car back to life. It's a bit pricey to do a complete wash, clean but it is worth it. Avoid super busy days like Saturday, so the wait is less and you get better service.

Best place ever!! I will be recommending everyone to go here! I forgot and left my milk in my trunk and it spilled because it was tipped over and it spilled all over, I came here to hopefully get it cleaned I did the deep detail cleaning ticket and the staff was so kind to me and cleaned everything they deserved to be tipped!!!! Thank you so so much for the amazing service
