Had the best experience at Rendel RV shopping for our travel trailer!! Jesse was beyond helpful, not pushy at all, and helped us find the perfect travel trailer for our needs. I’m currently writing this review while relaxing in my families newly purchased Scamp 19’ fifth wheel trailer.

I went into the process thinking I knew exactly what we needed (I’m sometimes stubborn like that). However, after Jesse asked us a bunch of questions while we were looking at the various models, etc. he helped guide us to the perfect trailer for our needs. Every other place we went to pushed aggressively to get us in to the most expensive model/rig and weren’t actually listening to my families needs at all. Jesse was not like this at all.

I highly recommend Rendel RV if you are in the market for an RV. Best decision! Thanks again, Jesse!!

Was very pleased to support this independent dealer. It was 8 hours away from me but well worth the trip. Jesse and his team did a fantastic job of prepping the 2023 R Pod 153, and were very thorough in the walk-through explaining to me all the features. I can't wait to get it out once weather warms up. Jesse has also been very responsive after the sale to all my questions .... things he explained to me but you just can't remember all the details there is so much to go over. I would definitely recommend purchasing from RendelRV!! Just ask for Jesse.

I got a AC installed into a livestock trailer. Randal not only had the best price but also the most helpful sweet staff. They got it done in no time and it’s been over a year now and its still holding up great Jr was awesome at keeping me updated. You can tell they all care very much about what they do and the salesman Colton is pretty good lookin which made the experience a little funnier. Couldn’t find better people if you tried. 😊

Rendel is the place to go if you have any needs concerning your RV or camper. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will help you to do it yourself or they will do it for you They either have or can get the parts you need. We rely on them to keep our camper working properly. Thank you Rendel .

Great experience at Rendel RV with Jesse, Steve and Bandit. Jesse was no pressure, and patient as we narrowed our choices and selected the trailer we wanted. Steve thoroughly explained the trailer mechanics and operation in and out when we picked it up a couple of days later and Bandit (the store pet) swooped in for some good petting and gave us a couple of licks for good measure.

I have had a bad experience with a Dometic Brisk Air 2 install. The unit I received from RV Parts Country was missing several pieces of hardware. Neither RV Parts Country or Dometic would honor the warranty. RanDel repaired the product perfectly. The price was fair and the professionalism that Jeff Needham showed were excellent. I can recommend RanDel with no reservations.

Jesse and Jennifer were were absolutely amazing. They made this entire buying process super easy. Dana was super helpful as well. I would definitely buy from them again.

If you’re looking to purchase a travel trailer or RV I highly recommend buying it from Rendel RV. We just love our Rpod 171. We recently brought it in for service and a change to our bathroom and it turned out awesome! We are very pleased with the work that Dan did. He has been super helpful from day one! They offer quick and excellence service. When it comes time to trade this one in we would not go anywhere else but Rendel RV!

As always, Rendel delivers. I bought my RV. from Fun Town because I didn’t know about Rendel. I have since, used Rendel because they do great work & I don’t have to wait 2 months to get work completed. Fair prices & GREAT communication through out the entire process. They have great customer service. Also see Jessy for sales and talk to t-Roy. Or Troy like his mama called him for any questions on how to operate your new rig. If you want to be a number go to the big dealer. If you want to be treated like family go to Rendel RV. I changed my mind three times before I decided and they were patient with me from day one. Before you drive off they do a walk through and tell you everything you need to know. Also if you are on the road and can't figure something out call t-roy he will talk you through it. The financial department was great. Even after changing my finances three times. All around great experience. They will have my business for life.

Very honest people. I was prepared to spend a whole lot more money to replace one of my ac units. They found ductwork issues and corrected them for a fraction of the cost. Other places would have replaced the unit and corrected the ductwork at the same time. Rendel has my business for any future issues. Dan was very helpful and resolved several other small concerns. Honesty goes a long way with me.

The Crew at Rendelrv are wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure that you understand everything about your new rv. They are the most patient and considerate team I've met in my search for the perfect home away from home.

Could not be happier with Rendel RV. Bought my latest travel trailer from them, this is my third one so I am very familiar with trailers and the process. Jesse answered all my questions, showed me everything he thought I would be interested in and never once did I feel pressured or that I was being "sold" something. He was patient with me when I had some general questions too which was appreciated as I can be a bit inquisitive and verbose. Jayne was such a pleasure in doing the financing for me - again no pressure and simply took care of me. When I came in to pick up the trailer and did my walkthrough, it was cleaned inside and out and Troy (I think that's his name) was one of the most knowledgeable guys I've met on campers and went over everything thoroughly. After owning a couple previous trailers for years and years he even taught me a few new things. This was the smoothest process I've ever had in buying a trailer.
