These folks are great! Their staff is always super nice and helpful. Prices are reasonable and there are lots of options. Renting a U-Haul was easy to do through them. There are dumpsters, a restroom, and carts to help move your stuff through buildings (if your unit is inside). I’ve had a unit for over a year and we’ve had no issues. They keep your belongings safe. I love that even if the office is closed I can get to my unit 24/7.

Rented a truck and two storage units while we were between closings. I messed up my online payment and they were so nice and helpful fixing it for me. In fact, everyone we talked to was kind and helpful. The place was nice and we really appreciated the carts and dumpsters that were there for our convenience. Thank you so much!!

I was very impressed with this business. The nice lady that works there was always extremely helpful and very professional! She was always kind and very polite. We only needed the storage unit for a few months but if we ever need it again, we will definitely go back to this business. Customer service, in my opinion, is what makes a business successful!

For the past few months we’ve had a storage unit here, as well as used their U-Haul services. The unit was fairly priced and the staff were always more than happy to help with anything you needed. In particular, Sherri in the office made the experience that much better. She did everything in her power to ensure that our accommodations were squared away. I would HIGHLY recommend Beechgrove to anyone in the area.

I rented two units for three years and a u-haul 4 times from these guys and was always very impressed with their customer service and facilities. Always clean and well kept with very good security. The u-hauls were all in good condition with no issues. John who owns the business takes customer service very seriously and it shows, he has a very old school approach.

Katherine was very helpful & knowledgeable. She made my first time getting a storage unit go smoothly which was very much appreciated. I called earlier today an spoke with Katherine on my lunch break & she was very helpful.

My wife and have been customers of Beechgrove Storage for a combined total that comes close to 10 years. There was a time when we weren't sure who to go to for storage of our things, we even went to other facilities. We always came back to Beechgrove. That is where we will stay, and recomend everyone we know to go to Beechgrove for storage of their items or UHaul rentals.

This place has AMAZING MANAGMENT and friendly staff. Pricea are great and they don't raise prices on storage units. Buildings and grpunds are well maintained. Love these guys.
