Kroger

Kroger bakery always impresses! Twice in 2 weeks I've called them the day before I needed a birthday cake and both times they delivered. Even when they didn't have a licensed cake for one of the cakes I requested, they still made me a cake to match the theme.

However, beware the baggers. They tossed our cupcakes in the cart causing some aesthetic damage. Had to work a little magic to repair the bakers good work.

Best Kroger around! Hands down!

The employees here are always so helpful and friendly. I always feel welcome when I am here. They worked in a snow storm once and I was shocked they were even there working with the weather as bad as it was and kept their composer even when they had this one extremely ungrateful and rude customer who made a scene when they only had self check out open. I felt she should have been grateful those employees even risked coming into work with how bad the weather was so that she could purchase food from their store.

Robert and customer service was outstanding

Convenient location for myself. Has a decent selection relative to the size of the building. It is due for a renovation or remodel. It has aged poorly and often smells like seafood. Has a Kroger Gas and Liquor nearby. I will be returning when in the area.

This Kroger store just works for me. It is smaller and the building is older than others and I'm fine with that. This is a "Supermarket" not a "Marketplace." So, obviously their inventory is going to have some differences. I find this store to be incredibly convenient. Easy to shop, big aisles, seem to always have what I'm looking for and the place never seems packed with people to me. If you need "groceries" this store is great. If you are looking to buy clothes or something to hang on the wall while also grocery shopping then go to a "Marketplace."

Excellent Kroger's to shop at as it's usually quick and convenient. Decent prices most of the time 😁

I love this Kroger, I have been shopping here since I moved to this area 5 years ago, the employees are wonderful and efficient. They are quick to fix problems and give solutions. I love how the company gives work to the medically challenged individuals. Kroger is a beast in the business. I want to give a special thanks to all the management and employees that make my shopping experience the way it is

In area and stopped at this grocery looking for an item not sold in my region (a type of diet soda). It was not in stock but when I asked when it would be available the deli manager found supplier in store and had it refilled for me. They then pulled the item for me to pick up. Appreciate their efforts. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I went in the store the on Saturday and went to self checkout, the young girl told I had to many things to use self checkout that has no item limit and I use all the time, there was customer in checkout with just as much. I guess I will go to one of the nicer ones from now on.

Although there is a competing grocery store much closer to my home. I choose to shop this Kroger because they have a large selection of just about everything. When the checkout lines start to get busy they're quick to reopen more.

Nice store. Has what I want on sale alot.

The lotto machine seems to jam once a month. Today after it was fixed, I still had my original $6 on the machine so the clerk took the first ticket that had came out. It better not be the jackpot winner.

Stuff is easy to find. Plenty of parking. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

Love my Kroger store. Sales are good, employees are great, esp in pharmacy. Bridgette and Rachel are excellent employees that I love to talk to when I go pick up my meds.

One of my favorite Kroger’s store. Always have things the others do not.

Very friendly location. Employees are always smiling and willing to help. Always someone to greet ya when u come in and when u leave. Very nice clean store.

I shop at least three times a week and have not yet received bad service from the clerk to people in the area stocking. I think Kroger is the best shopping experience in the Cincinnati/N.ky area.

This is a newer and amazing Kroger. It had everything you could need. The prices combined with the Kroger app are great too. Always great service when I go as well.

Found everything I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I like shopping at the My Zion store because it's smaller then the market stores and I can get in and out quicker.
