This was an amazing dealership to do business with! As a first time car buyer they made the process really easy and I had an awesome sales guy, Will Hunt, to make the process smooth. As Ive stated in previous reviews. They always go above and beyond for me at this location. I never had any issues with customers service, technician, or the maintenance. Always goes smoothly and worth every visit. They keep me well informed and what needs my attention. They take the best course of care into my car. I know they see so many a day an it can be extremely exhausting. However I am Super appreciative of all the hard work that everyone has done for my hatchback. Nothing goes unnoticed by me. Wow, this is my first SUV to buy. This sale was smooth and fast. Les and his team took care of me. Only a few to name, Leo in financing amazing. I think his name was Jeff. I had just recently bought a 2023 Toyota Corolla GR, which was a fun car but I noticed that all the reviews were pitting it against a Honda Civic type R And Rockwall Honda had a championship White 2024 Which was the color I wanted so I went down there to look at it and I met Ron Howard the salesman and after working with him and I believe Justin the manager I got a fair trade-in on my Corolla GR And paid a fair markup on the type R But less than what everybody else was demanding, but I can tell you My experience was fantastic working with them, and I absolutely love love, love, love, love, love this civic type R no comparison in my opinion to the GR Corolla will definitely work with them in the future if I ever decide to get another Honda

Since the purchase of my Accord new in 2020, I have used Honda of Rockwall for all of my service needs. Rusty, my service advisor is always courteous and accommodating. There have been a few times when I needed to schedule a service appointment at the last minute and he has found a way to squeeze me in. They are always on top of the maintenance schedule and inform me when recommended or needed repairs are due. The service department has always been efficient and knowledgeable about the work being performed. If I had another hand, Rusty and the service team would get 3 thumbs up!!!

Very good dealership! They gave us very good pricing for our Honda Accord.

Had a great experience with the Business Manager Brad Lloyd. He was very patient and helpful to us as we were first time car buyers. He took time and worked the best deal possible which we were very happy with.

The dealership also gave us the lowest and best pricing compared all dealers in and around the city.

This was probably one of the best experience's at a dealership i have ever had! As soon as we called about a car we wanted they got it ready to look at before we even arrived. As soon as we got there we were greeted by so many nice people making sure we were taking care of. Adrian Walker was super friendly and worked extremely hard to get us exactly what we wanted. They were behind 3-4 hours when i arrived for my appointment. But they offered a complimentary Uber “To” & “From” which was very nice since i didn’t have to wait around all day. My repairs were done in one appointment so I appreciate that as well.

This is our first brand new car that we have bought on our own and Kirk,Tyler, and David were very helpful and to the point. Thanks to Dylan Hiller and to Honda Cars of Rockwall for another smooth, caring experience this week. My engine light came on, and Dylan diagnosed the issue for free whereas Robin Wright at Honda in McKinney charged me a hefty sum for the same diagnostic service when I was there last. Dylan got my car right in, and the wait time was minimal. Additionally, the repair cost was reasonable, and the repair was done while I waited. I didn’t need a loaner vehicle; however, Dylan made those available to me for free during past visits. I will continue to drive from Plano to Rockwall for my car’s needs even though McKinney is closer. I appreciate Dylan and the entire staff in Rockwall for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. This establishment is efficient, and it stands by its work. Thanks so much from this single mom! You could easily have taken advantage of my need, which occurs frequently at other places; instead, you even discounted your service. Godspeed.

Wanted to thank Honda of Rockwall for a wonderful car buying experience! I live quite a distance from the dealership so coming to Rockwall would be an overnight stay. Honda of Rockwall had the vehicle my wife and I wanted at a much better price than any dealership we contacted. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alan Glazer and he was kind, straight forward and made the process VERY easy for me. Super patience and answered all my questions fast. Finance person, Leo was able to get me 2% less in interest rate than my credit union and was able to add the warranty and FREE oil changes without our payment going over our budget amount. I was in and out in 1.5hr with keys in my hand. We are very pleased with the whole process and will definitely buy another car from Alan. We live over an hour away, so over 2 hours round trip! It was worth the drive!
