My husband and I did our first home renovation and after one visit of not finding what we thought we needed, we found Pat, an unusually knowledgeable, kind, friendly, efficient employee in tools!
We seek him out each time we visit, he's the best! We don't review a lot of employees but wanted to applaud him.

I was looking for a part for my sink, and this young lady named Briley, was up high on a lift, she stopped what she was doing just for me. She was super sweet about it and quickly found what I was looking for. Girl made my day.

I needed something that was heavy and couldn’t easily be lifted into a cart. Scotty quickly jumped in to assist me. He was quick and diligent. I hope to find Scotty every time I need something at Lowe’s in Tyler!

Manager and employee were great when it came from helping me find everything and checking out to loading a septic tank they were very patient with us at all times and always greet us with a smile and great customer service.

Love the late hours! I was able to scoot in quick and fix a plumbing leak at 9pm! Win win win

Bought a stove had it delivered great deal!

Purchased a oven yesterday in tyler. The sales staff was very courteous and knowledgeable! Even the delivery team that brought our oven and set up, Robert and Michael had told us about installation, and safety that goes along with it! They are truly an asset to the lowes team!

Bought a washer, quick and easy. Love the help there, always nice an accomidating.
Don't use u fix it for parts, Amazon a 1/3rd of the price. Took my part in, gave me one that didn't work and because we touched it, they wouldn't refund my money.

Husband built me a window shelf, and we got beautiful pendant lights. We love our outdoor lights!

We actually had about five employees ask us if we need any help today. Must be new management. Sometimes at Lowes the red vests hid from question asking customers. Also, the only place that carries these things that catch the water from the roof. Not sure if anyone knows what to call them.

The store was very neat and clean. I was able to find exactly what I needed(shelf brackets), and there were plenty in stock. The employee at the self checkout registers was very helpful and friendly.

I always feel like I'm going on a field trip when I go to a Lowe's or home Depot or any type of home improvement store.. always a great time for me.

Have everything...but I'm addicted to the garden center. Amazing prices and plant selections with helpful staff and loading team members.

I went to Lowes looking for healthy, flowering perennials. I had been to a couple of other stores with no luck. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice variety of plants that had not been picked over and we're reasonably priced. The check out process was quick and streamlined, something I hadn't expected, but was delighted not to have to stand in line in the hot sun!
I can hardly wait to get my pretty flowers planted and highly recommend the garden center at the Tyler, TX Lowe's.

This is our main store for doing business at Lowes, always helpful and friendly and never hard to find help when we need it.

Thank goodness for Lowe’s. Last week my freezer of 12 years decided to die in 110* heat. Went online found a freezer. Went to Gun Barrel and found one. Not the one I wanted but the one available. Still a good one though. Today is a week out and the new freezer is works fantastic.

Store is clean. During store operation, never had a bad experience with merchandise restock blocking access to aisles or staff demeanor. 5/5 overall everytime
