Dr Brooks has been my provider for many years. She is always positive and kind and takes time to discuss any issues I have. In tough times, she was very concerned as I cried on her shoulder so to speak. I am very happy with her level of care.

Dr Brooks is special. She walks in with a smile. Makes you feel like you are her only patient. She explains the care in patient terms not medical terms. I have never left her office feeling like I didnt understand the care. Through her smile she has the heart of gold

She has continuously shown the patience to effectively listen to me, and then tells me what I need to hear as opposed to what I'd like to hear. Dr. Brooks is the easiest doctor I’ve had to talk to. She listens and replies in terms easily understandable. She is extremely knowledgeable but doesn’t hesitate to send me to a specialist, if that’s best for my health. I have been an outpatient at the Christus Healthpark Plaza Clinic in Lindale TX for the 16 yrs it has existed. There is a huge convenience and benefit to the clinic being in my village. Most of the other major medical facilities in this area are based in Tyler, which is a 24 mile drive from Lindale. In addition, the Medical service providers at Health Psrk Plaza, Lindale are very capable, caring, and thorough. And it's only going to get better. A full fledged Emergency Room and an Urgentv Care Center are near the final stage of construction.

Very attentive,she listens to concerns and address them accordingly. Cares about you as a person not just a job
