I upgraded to I Phone 15 Pro Max from this branch. Brandon was really kind and patiently explained things to me. Even though I am not a native speaker. I 100 percent recommend this Verizon. I’m looking forward new phone.

Trevor was great! He walked me through the entire process and got me a great promotion for my new phone. I would highly recommend Trevor and this store for any of your Verizon needs.

I just went into buy a Iphone 15 Pro Max and it was amazing. I was talking with Brandon today, and he was very patient with me and he was explaining all the steps. Lawson, the store manager, was extremely helpful and courteous in our upgrade of new phones. He was very patient when our old phones were not cooperating, will definitely come back for any phone needs. 5 stars for customer service but would love to see some more comfortable seating for the long process

Barb, was amazing! She made you feel you were the only one in the store. Barb, was very friendly and she didn't stop till she got to the bottom of the problem! Not only does she love her job but she treated every customer who walked through the doors as if they were family. I would definitely send/refer anyone to Russell Cellular.

Yera was absolutely wonderful in helping me find a new phone. She explained what my bill would look like for the first few months. I switched from AT&T and she made the switch easy. She was very sweet and knew her products. I definitely recommend the Lindale store to anyone in the area.

Hunter was fast, friendly and most important, very knowledgeable. He helped me quickly add a line, activate a phone that I brought, install a glass screen protector, and solve a data issue with another phone all in about 15 minutes. I will visit this authorized retailer again when I need assistance.

Barb is absolutely awesome!!! Kind, friendly & really cares about those who walk through Verizon’s doors. I had the opportunity to watch her interaction with customers & saw that she really cares about each & every one. She is a genuinely wonderful person.

The girl that helped us was so patient and kind. She made sure to double and triple check everything on our new plan so we knew EXACTLY what we were getting. She listened attentively and helped us purchase exactly what we needed without constantly pressuring us or up selling us. This is a fantastic place to go and get a phone and cell plan. Highly recommend!

This was the best experience I have ever had a cell phone store. If Barb is there and busy I would say it’s worth waiting for her b/c she is just that awesome. Got everything I was after. Just left AT&T after 17+ years and never felt better, that’s all thanks to Barb

Friendly and patient staff. Also the store had the phones in stock that weren’t available elsewhere.

Edit: if they can improve anywhere, like another reviewer suggested, acknowledge new walk-ins IMMEDIATELY and let them have some realistic idea of the wait time. You have to expect in this sort of store there will be a wait but never being acknowledged because staff are busy is a real turn off. (AT&T store up the street has the same issue so this a an opportunity to differentiate.)

My cellphone wasn't charging anymore so I needed to get another one. The employee named Thomas did an outstanding job in getting me another phone. Showed me all the features of Samsung's newest cellphone and due to that I purchased it. He transferred all the data from old cellphone to the new one and explained to me how the new cellphone worked and in great detail. Very impressed with the stress free service I received.

Using my Phone mainly for work purposes, I was in desperate need of a replacement. Jenn and Barb were exceptional in service. Friendly, hard working and went above and beyond to find a replacement phone for temporary use as I waited for my new phone to arrive. I must say Jenn and Barb were amazing!! If you are in need of phone service please visit the Verizon in Lindale Texas!! You will not be disappointed!!

Barb was the best customer service rep I've ever had to deal with, she went above and beyond for me and I wish all the employees at any cellular company could be like her. She deserves as raise and more. She has the patience of a tortoise and I'll tell you right now if you're ever in lindale texas. SHE is the person you need to talk to about a phone plan or anything you have a problem with cellular related. Top employee in my book.

I went in last week to change over from a personal account to a business account. Yuraldi was the person who helped me and she was so great. She really knew her stuff and was so friendly.

The normal process of setting up a business account is harder than a personal account. However, Yuraldi experienced long delays when trying to activate our account with the Verizon reps that went beyond the expected time. This was no fault of hers...just long waits, dropped calls, and getting transferred all over the place. We stayed in this store for almost 3 hours and they even closed before the process was complete. Yuraldi was so kind, stayed late with us, and continued to make us feel appreciated. I will continue to give this location my business because of the great customer service we received during this event.

Laura was very helpful. She was very busy and working solo. She still assisted with applying the screen protector. Great job! She also shared information about the current specials being offered explaining the hardware and the additional cost to the plan.

Hunter was so nice and very professional. He answered our questions and was very accurate in his responses. Hunter knows his work and does it well. Five stars!

Amazing customer service, she made sure we got the best bang for our buck, very professional, store was very clean, and all covid precautions were being taken. 20 out of 10 recommend and will definitely be back for any cellular needs
