My wife, daughter and I recently switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile to try and save money and see if the coverage was better where we live at. We went in a few weeks ago and worked with Brianna on setting up all of our new phones, transferring our phone numbers and making sure that our bill was going to be lowered. Brianna did an outstanding job making sure that we understood everything that she was doing and and gave us some amazing deals for our phones and on our bill. She was super friendly and knowledgeable when it came to making sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend everyone to stop in the new location, whether you’re a current customer or looking to switch. The new location is super clean and has a great staff to work with.

Brianna was an excellent sales representative!!! We loved her so much!! She had such a great attitude, very funny and knowledgeable. She helped with every question and issue we had. She helped us get everything we needed and more we didn’t necessarily need lol!! She made the whole experience wonderful, definitely recommend her go she her at the new lindale location!!!!

Went to T-Mobile to switch over from another provider. Brianna met me at the door and was on her game! Y’all need to switch over to T-Mobile and ask for Brianna when you get there. She is the absolute best.

Wow wow wow! I am so impressed by the employees here. I haven’t received customer service from any other T-Mobile store that was this good. The representative who helped me got me set up with a great deal on my phones and with the home internet and I was finally able to drop Optimum and couldn’t be happier! The internet works great and my phones have not dropped service since I’ve switched. This was the move and I plan to tell all my friends that are currently with ATT.

Uninviting atmosphere, the 1 star is for the young lady that actually tried helping me although she seemed new and she too wasn’t sure about answering my questions. Her coworkers didn’t try to help her much when she asked them to help and they seemed to be making remarks underneath their breath and made odd faces at my brother and I. As if us coming in the store was causing an inconvenience, Would not recommend this location, I was in the area but usually go to the Tyler location on Troup HWY. I’ve been a customer for 3 years now and have never experienced this level of poor customer service.
