Target Distribution Center

Big distribution center, we'll organized maybe a bit too organized lol. A big lounge are for truckers is available with microwave, restroom and vending machines ( with cheap prices). You can count on the strict policy's, but in all the norm. Walmart distribution took me in an hr early and unloaded me quick, that's not the case here. I was in time at 8:00am..it's currently 12:00pm and I'm still here waiting. ××UPDATE×× It's currently 2:30 pm amd still not unloaded. It was only 5 pallets.

Arrived at 8:30 for 9:30 appt. Disconnected the trailer and parked at row K. Don’t forget to slide your tandems!! They will dock your trailer themselves. No safety vest— no entry. Papers— to the door 300. Got call at 10:40. Left by 11:00. Some guys who arrived before me were still waiting though. So, it depends.

Was expecting to be here all day based on reviews. Maybe the Saturday crew is better. Appointment 11/18/23 at 6 am. Came at 10 pm the night prior. Was told we could check in an hour prior to appt. Returned at 5 am. Unhooked from trailer, parked in staging area. It is now 8:07 am and trailer is unloaded just waiting on paperwork. The other 2 drivers that came in at the same time as us are also empty now with paperwork in hand. I guess if you come, do it on the weekend because it wasn’t bad at all.

Pretty typical dc warehouse. Dropped trailer parked in bobtail area checked in and in 3 hrs was done. Appt was at 7a showed up at 6a on a Friday. Seen some reviews that said up to 10hrs. Restrooms and driver lounge on site with vending and microwave

The best Target dc, thank God for them. Had an appointment for 16:00, checked I at 15:00 and got empty at 01:29 am. They paid me 7.5 hours detention with out working. Was great since I was running out of hours. Will think for next time, if have hours, just won’t go!!! Blessings

Had a delivery for 8am Sunday, got there at 7:45am was checked in with security and docked immediately. After dropping trailer and parking in bobtail parking, checked in with receiving by 8:05am. Got a phone call at 9:05am that trailer was unloaded and paperwork was ready 👌🏽they also have a lounge with clean bathrooms, microwave, vending machines and seating. Fast and friendly staff, awesome job!! 😄

I came in 3 hrs late cuz of a breakdown, took me in and got me empty in 2hrs45min with a full load. It’s Saturday night in a long weekend maybe that made a difference but hey I’m happy with my experience.

Great shipping & receiving process. The guard shack personnel are always polite and very good at getting you taken care of and on your way. 👍👍

After I read the bad. Review. I get prepared I I get food and drinks and was ready to wait First check with the guard two lady’s a African American and a white lady Nicely talking to me and giving me instructions And when inside drops the trailer and the person who’s move the trailer Was nice and Comnication with me and smiled. Them I when inside the office Nice person talking to me and smiling Thanks target I hope to treat people like you did to me The same way God blessed

Update-I've been here 8 months so far and I absolutely love my job. I love the people I work with and for. They have amazing benefits, even more than i knew about when I started, they make family a priority, I have 4 kids and you know how it is when you have kids and sick season. They are kind and will work with you in every way possible. When I started I didn't know not 1 person here. And now I feel like they are my family.

Extremely slow about getting drivers unloaded but very thorough in doing so. Great job Target shipping and receiving. Plenty of room for parking and turning around if need be. Truck driver lounge awesome.

Arrived an hour before the appointment. Unloaded in 30 minutes is surprisingly pleasant! Very satisfied! 😎👍 The entire stay took 1.5 hours with unloading and parking.

Frack ! Have all'day to Waste & hoping for detention $$$$ ! FML ! Un'loaded in 1hr ! Not getting Payed to Watch t.v. today 😭

Great place to work! Has amazing benefits, thus far! Security is out of this world AMAZING! Some of the staff is friendly or easy to talk to, but it is a job, and I am there to work! Not make friends, or let my friendship interfere with my job!

I personally enjoy working here.

In and out for the drivers just make sure u have ur drop # beginning with T" I believe and if ur dropn early make sure ur dispatch sets it up. People were nice
