Chase Bank

I went to three different Chase banks to exchange some small bills since I don’t have back account with them they still help with $100 exchange per day. I appreciate your help.
They all have good customer but this location is the most friendly one so I should leave a 5-stars review for it.

I was starting a checking, savings, and applying for a credit card. I spoke with Emily, Miki, and ailisha and they were all amazing and super helpful. The service was excellent, the people were extremely nice, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no appointment, as I walked in and was helped immediately. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone went above and beyond to help me with any questions and find the right accounts and credit card for me.

Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable.

I don’t know why this branch got such a low rating!! Every time my wife and I went there, they were super helpful and nice.
We were served by Miki Hawkins last 2 times. She was more than wonderful. A really good banker and a very nice person.

I've been here a few times now. Betsy always provides great customer service at the drive up teller.

Im not a person to leave google reviews but, Jesus is the go to guy for all your banking need's. With phenomenal costumer service and great insight, Jesus goes above and beyond to help you and ensure all your questions are answered.

Love this bank. This bank is the most convenient Chase bank that I've been to. Its close to my house, drive thru lines are not long, even if it is long it will go by quickly because of their friendly tellers. I had an incident today where I got an email alert saying my account is locked due to some issues: they did not recognize my transaction that I was trying to do, so they locked it. Right now with everything going on, it's crazy to even call the customer service line. I called it anyway and was on hold for an hour only for some representative to tell me to call back and then told me to go get it done at the branch. I called the branch to schedule a time to come in since we can't just walk in right now due to the Covid-19, but I didn't have to because a nice banker helped me over the phone and got my problems solved, her name is Miki and she was so friendly and sweet and saved me a lot of time. I would definitely recommend this bank, my family owns medical and dental offices and we bank with Chase and I would not go to any other branch besides this one.

I usually use the drive thru or ATM. It is fast and convenient. Inside, the lobby is comfortable and quiet with a friendly staff. It's clean and Covid-19 compliant. The Bankers are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's best to make an appointment online for fastest service. The Tellers are quick and efficient. If you refer someone who opens an account, you get $50. They are a straight forward bank that doesn't play games with your money or accounts. Plenty of ATMs in the area.

Emily (teller) is the BEST!! She is always fast and super friendly!! Addresses me by name and keeps me informed about what's going on. She's in no way partial -- she's like that with everyone!! She makes the trip to the bank hassle free. Thanks Emily!

I came in with my 13 (almost 14) year old daughter to open a High School checking account. Nory was outstanding! He walked us through the entire process with precise detail and helped educate my daughter on the features of her new account! He even helped her download the app and showed her how to use it!

The friendliness at this Bank is very refreshing. Alyssa always greets you with a friendly smile. I wont bank anywhere else but here. Thank you all for making my day easier when I need y'all.

I opened a business account up today, Nery Corona was absolutely fabulous, he explained everything to me thoroughly and was very friendly, I highly recommend CHASE for your financial needs.

Laura is awesome! Everytime I come through the drive thru she’s always there with a smile and extremely friendly. She always helps me with anything I need without a problem!

The staff at this bank have a sense of urgency to take care of you and give you that small town feel. Definitely feel welcome at this bank.

Don’t know what’s up with all these self important and angry people but I assume they were having a bad day and just mad at the world...

Every time I’ve been to this location the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Had my home refinanced through this branch. Kenny was super helpful & made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.

I don't have an account with them but they still were able to give change.
