The Home Depot

Gotta hand it to Home Depots Customer Service on this visit. I needed a saw blade for a new handheld saw, and the lady at customer service let me bring the tool in to ensure I got the correct part. She then offered her name in case they stopped me when leaving.

Next, the DeWalt branded associates stopped to help me out when I was searching for Milwaukee parts. Gave me some options and thanked me for my business.

Lastly, I got checked at the register. Gave the 1st ladies name and was cleared to go with no issues.

Great customer service experience and I bought extra blades.

We are huge DIYers and this is my “home” Home Depot store. I’ve never had any issues here, but on occasion it’s hard to find sales people to help in the store. Everyone is kind and helpful though. Some of what we’ve done; replaced our fence, painted the interior of our home, up-cycled and built furniture and probably a million other projects and repairs. Our current project is a trellis to get my ivy under control. It’s nice to have a well-stocked home improvement store close by.

Excellent store and not usually as busy as the other Home Depot down off 820. Lumber seems to be better taken care of as well. Friendly staff who are always willing to assist. Rapidly becoming my go to hardware/lumber store.

At a big box retailer like Home Depot, they have so many employees that some are helpful and some are not so much; however, we had more helpful employees at this Home Depot than that dozens of others we have visited. In fact, several of them went out of their way to be helpful!

I frequent this Home Depot for our business needs, and I have consistently had a good experience. Today, Eva & Michele were especially helpful and patient as they assisted me in finding the exact pieces we needed to fix our grooming hoses. This home Depot is awesome. Everything is cramped into this store. However it has many more items than most home Depot stores that I've been to. Super busy store.

Items are always In stock. Home Depot is Always on point, they are friendly and have the best customer service ever!

I love going to this place. Super helpful employees and they actually take care of their customers which is rare these days.

It's home depot, so not much to say about the stock. You know what they have.

People were great. This location really was a step above the average. The guys in equipment rental were great and knowledgeable, but also not afraid to say when they didn't know something and to ask someone else. Big props here for not letting their ego get ahead of them.

Enrique went beyond the call of duty to help us. We were looking for
Gutter Guards. He does not work this area but climbed a ladder to search for the number of boxes we needed. He did not have enough at his store but checked several others and gave us the choice of where there was enough. Enrique we found them had them installed and just tested them with the rain that just came. So far so. 👍👍😊😊🙏

All the toxin reducing house plants I was looking for! Impressed with their selection of plants and super cute porcelain pots during these winter months!! As always, friendly and helpful associates to guide me through!

I can always find what I'm looking for here at Home Depot... great place, so organized, great customer service, and great prices

Tonight's visit was quite nice. We just looked around for ideas/ price compare items for our landscape business. One guy outside (forgot your name) was friendly and talkative. Telling me the products he loves to use like a weed puller you step on to operate. Another guy inside near mowers, trimmers etc. Was also helpful and friendly. Twice asking us if anything he could look up or help us with as passing by. His name he said was Nell.
*Well I hope whoever is manager over this Nell sees this and gives him the props from me for checking back with us later on to make sure we were good.*
Haven't seen a 2nd 'How is everything, can I help' from associates in a long time. So it was nice! -P.s. get more of these flowers, they're cool

This location gets busy! I suggest parking near the garden section. Staff was friendly and willing to help! One of my favorite home Depot locations.

Great product selection. Big store!

Very organized and clean. Had a great selection of items and was impressed by the low prices of ring products that were on sale. Associates were friendly and helped check out customers on self check out during closing time.

Family oriented establishment
Miranda and Stephen were enthusiastic about helping my 19 year old daughter with a blow out and parked in parkinglot. These two went above and beyond their job title. Thanks guys I felt safe and happy that you helped Jade Gilliam's (former worker) little sister. We love Home Depot. You Guys ROCK!!!

The employees here where the nicest and most understanding people and dealt with a crazy coupon trend with smiles even though it was closing time. I didn’t end up finding or waiting to find out if they found any of the product but I left knowing that many of them were willing to assist without hesitation.

I had a delivery coming for an item I ordered online. The driver called me this morning to let me know he didn’t think I’d be happy since it was damaged. He even texted me pictures. He also informed me that Molly (manager) was aware and she would be waiting on my call to let them know what I’d like to do. I called Molly. She was overly nice and apologized for the damage to my item. Took the time to change the delivery method and also refunded me my delivery fee w/o me asking. I was so surprised I was left speechless! Thank you for making this experience great! The level of service was superior and I will be recommending y’all to everyone!! Great Job to Molly and Daniel. 💖💖💖
