My car care team has to be honest, friendly, professional , and, fair. Those qualities are why Kevin and Keith are my guys. I have been with them since they started their business and wouldn’t think of taking my car anywhere else. From maintenance to engines to brakes to tires to ac’s they do it all. Thanks fellas! Very courteous and helpful. They fixed my daughter’s car quicker than I thought they’d be able to. When we had issues after the fact, due to our own ignorance, they took the car back and fixed it at no charge. Definitely recommend.

I first learned about All Tune and Lube by doing a google search and reading all of the positive reviews. After my initial car service with them, I knew from the get-go they live up to those high expectations. I've been using them for all of my car service needs for over a year and they are honest, reliable, extremely friendly and take the time to explain everything. On a few occasions they've even told me I didn't need certain services done that the dealership was saying my car needed. I'm so happy I found them and highly recommend them!

All Tune goes above and beyond with their customer service and care, and I cannot recommend them enough. I was on the way to an appointment at All Tune recently, when my car broke down at a major intersection about a mile away. I called to let them know that I wouldn’t make it, and instead of just saying “ok,” they went out of their way to come help me. They arrived within 5 minutes. They calmed my nerves, talked to me about what was likely wrong, and towed my car to the shop. Fixing the car would’ve cost almost the same amount as buying a new one, so All Tune even helped me find someone that would pay for the scraps. I’m so grateful for this shop.

I recently took our car in for a 4-wheel alignment after buying a new set of tires. The shop was busy, a very good sign that customers rely on them for car care.

My visit there was pleasant. Staff were friendly and competent, and the waiting area was comfortable. Based on my experience, I will continue to take our cars to All Tune and Lube Total Car Care in the future.

These people are great. They know their stuff. Been using them for several years and always do a great job. I highly recommend this place. Been in business for over 12 years and you can see by their ratings they are awesome! They have taken great care of my 2016 Chevy Suburban now for many years.

Super honest, did the service in a timely manner, did not try to upsale and answered my questions carefully. Not cheap at all, reasonabaly priced, but way better service than all my expriences in the dealerships. I would rather pay more to honest people than paying less to those try to upsale for no reason.

I arrived for a state inspection and was taken care of in a quick and timely fashion. No excessive wait. The crew has always been very professional for any needed repairs on my car. It's my go to for auto repair!

Honest! I took my car for transmission fluid flush and they made sure I really needed it ( it did) and I asked them to look at a belt the dealership told me needed replaced (it didn't). I appreciate their honesty so much and I'll keep going back when I have issues.

After going to another shop and waiting for almost 20 min before anyone even thought to speak to me I found All Tune. The process to have my inspection done was efficient and I was outta there in faster time then it felt like I stood around at the other place.

Fast, friendly reliable service at an affordable price! This is one of the best car services places in Northwest Austin to get an oil change or car repairs. Will not cheat you, won't upsale. They let you know up front any costs and are quick and efficient! Completely recommend them and we don't take our cars anywhere else. Five stars all the way.

We have taken our vehicles here for several years. The staff are great, if there is an issue with the service, they are extremely patient and figure out a solution.They are great.

Fantastic shop! If I move back to Austin, this will be my go-to mechanic for sure. I went down the list in Google Maps, and the other shops wouldn’t even look at it for another week. All Time and Lube was my next call, Kevin there answered the phone, and I explained what was going on and that I had a 5 hr drive ahead of us. Kevin was really nice and said ‘We’re booked up, too, but come on by and I’ll road test it and let you know. No other shop would even offer to look at it. I’m traveling with my little boy, and Kevin knew that, and said to stop by. Even though they were packed, Kevin took it for a road test and then put it on the lift to confirm the diagnosis.

Where I live, no shops have high ratings like this. After this experience, this will be my only mechanic stop in Austin. They wouldn’t even let me tip them after their time and work on it!

Just go here. Even if it might take a few days to get in, these are great guys and they are a great shop!

Got a tire repair here. They Are very fast and cheap. Customer Service was excellent. Hardly any wait time. In and out in a jiffy.
