Tried CVS pharmacy down the street my insurance wanted me to use, I sat on hold for 15 minutes and not a single person picked up! Much better customer service here!
Getting pushback from my new insurance all week which has held up getting my medication I'm out of and I'm about to go out of town so I wouldn't have meds I need daily for over a week. The day before my trip they still see in their system they can't refill it and I express how exacerbated I am and they offer to call my insurance and about an hour later I get a call that my medication is ready to be picked up. I have always gone to Walgreens to get my prescriptions filled, but not every Walgreens is great. When I moved to Austin, I found this location and the staff is so friendly! They always have a great attitude and the ladies in the pharmacy remember my face when I come through. One day, I ran out of gas in the pharmacy drive thru (so embarrassing) and the manager came outside, helped me push my car out of the way, AND helped me fill my tank with enough gas to get to the gas station. It was a busy Saturday, yet he still took the time to help me. I won't go to any other Walgreens in Austin. It's the little things that make a big difference.

I really like the Pharmacist here, she is really nice and sweet. I like this location because it is easy to get in and out of, they have stuff in stock at all times. The store cashiers are really nice too, they are always friendly and willing to help you if there is something not on the floor. The parking is ample too, and the redbox outside are nice that there is two.

The people here are very friendly and have pleasant personas. The ladies in cosmetics and are very fun to talk to. I have been getting prescriptions here for 13 years so I REALLY know the store. The pharmacists, technicians and associates always greet me and know my medical history very well at this point (obviously!). This is a particularly helpful location and I think it is one of the better Walgreens in Austin. If your plan covers Walgreens this is great! If you have to pay out-of-pocket, though, you can save up to 80% at Costco! Spread the word.

This is a great location for a quick run-in, but the reason I love it is that it always has a great stock of Shea Moisture products for less than I can get pretty much anywhere else. They even carry their kids/baby line of products, which I've swung by to grab for some friends of mine.

They also have a pretty wide selection of Nyx cosmetics, which is another nice perk.

Super convenient location. Pharmacy is always so, so helpful. Front cashiers are always so polite. I've been able to find everything I've gone in there looking for. I definitely appreciate this store!

This is a good Walgreens. The staff is helpful and friendly and I always find what I need here. The drive through moves relatively quickly even at busy times.

The allergy medicines served here are amongst the finest in Austin! Make sure to sample the cosmetics, they make great appetizers. Amazing.

Great neighborhood Walgreens that has a really nice Pharmacy Staff! I always go here to get my flu shot and they are very friendly. They have two red box machines outside and plenty of parking. The photo lab always prints our pictures within about an hour. A great place to run in and get a quick xmas or birthday present or card.

Pretty good walgreens, the people there are friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you when it comes to adding a coupon. They searched high and low for a deal they had that did not specifically say which product came with it and none were ringing up with the deal (a buy one get one nail polish) instead of making the exception and marking the item down they wanted me to come back the next day when the manager was in. Very inconvenient and I ended up going to a different walgreens to get the deal. Overall pretty good store and it does not seem to get crowded as easily as some of the other walgreens I frequent.
