BOONE COUNTY CLERK OFFICE

This is the best dmv and I move a lot so I have a six state history of vehicles. Vicky saved me $100 today, so 5 stars for Vicky! It only took 20 minutes on a busy day for them, so it would have been 8 hours in Michigan!

I just had the best customer service I've ever had from a DMV. I called today regarding a new vehicle title and the nice lady on the phone made sure i knew exactly what forms, money and what to expect when i get there. She took her time explaining and calculating all expenses. Thank you for the positive experience!

This is seriously the most positive and upbeat government office I've ever been to. Pretty quick too, all things considered. The woman at the front is so nice and positive. I dunno, just had to visit twice and both experiences were very good.

I was unable to find a phone number to call the Real ID folks today. I called the clerk's office (drivers license) to see if they could help. Even though the Real ID is not under their jurisdiction, the lady I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me the phone number for the local office as well as the Frankfort number for Real ID. I've lived in Boone County for 33 years and have always had a good experience when contacting the county departments.

The last several times I've dealt with this office have been quick, efficient, and very friendly. They've exceeded my expectations for what a trip to the DMV normally entails.

Always pleasant even though nobody wants to go to the DMV. The folks there are very helpful and get you in and out as quick as possible.

In 40 years of driving, this is by far the shortest wait I've ever had for vehicle title & registration. And they were super nice too!
