Flying J Travel Center

This one has a bigger store than most, a big drivers' area, and a good Denny's restaurant. The road in front is near an intersection and is busy at times, so it can be difficult to make the left turn out of the lot to get back to the Interstate.

I asked the nice lady at the front desk. How's everybody on the other line? She said her mother had passed away and had left the funeral today to come to work. Ironically her mother and her father passed away on the same date. I simply told her God bless and I would say a prayer for her family. Thanks to these people That come in and service these truckstops just before I had gotten my shower ticket. I headed back to take a shower. This all happened later.

I was in conversation about the amount of trash. I see out thrown around. As I went back and took my shower, I ended up walking out, almost breaking my bottle that was in my case in the bathroom. Thanks Gale didn't break but I caught Jerry who was taking care of the back and cleaning the showers. I thanked him for being there and gave him a tip. Well deserved.

People are all standing strong here for us so let's make this better each and every day we're at these truckstops I am motivated to do better park accordingly pick up trash when you see it. Its actually great place for truckers to shower up and rest.But be very careful when stopping here it's a police hot spot.And they are crooked.They will sit in the parking lot 3 or 4 of them,and wait for you to leave then get behind you at the light then pull you over as soon as you turn out of the property,and say you crossed the line..They do have a convenient 24 hour Mcdonalds and plenty of gas pumps the gas is good quality and they have plenty of food,drinks,souvenirs a Subway,and a 24 hour Mcdonalds.The staff is always nice and knowledgeable about the area.They have a nice propane fillup station and theres a truck service center next door and also a small BBQ restaurant.

Walked in. Everybody had a smile on there face greeted me. Welcome to find Jays, awesome place.

Great place to stop while traveling, bathrooms are always very clean, they have hot snacks as well as packaged ones, all the drinks plus fountain drinks, and gifts, trinkets and fidgets.
The staff is fast but friendly and helpful as well.

Super convenient. Showers. Laundry. Ample parking, A Denny’s. Quality selection of goods tailored for professional drivers and general public alike. Clean bathrooms. Ample pumps with competitive fuel prices. Right of the interstate. What more could you ask for?

Great place to stop and get snacks or eat at Denny’s. Their pizza used to be outstanding, but now it is pathetic. Taste like frozen outdated pizza.

I drove over the road (class 8) for 30+ years of my life. So for all you travelers (non truckers) Flying J's is an excellent place to stop! The food is excellent..whether its the buffet or cooked to order & the prices are reasonable! Fuel..snacks..everything you need is there & the staff (everywhere..I've been through them all!!) are very friendly, so stop in for whatever you need & take a break..you won't regret it!!

Consistently great service at Denny's and Flying J's. The cashiers at Flying J's are always friendly and helpful. The servers at Denny's are friendly as well and the food I've ordered has always been tasty and arrived in a timely manner. Oh, and they have an amazing chocolate milkshake! Instead of using vanilla ice cream and adding chocolate syrup they use chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup!!! Probably my favorite shake from anywhere!!

Overall, the place is very clean and I never feel nasty like most other truck stops after I leave. The hot food is great, especially the pot roast and double cheeseburgers and the coffee is always fresh and good. I always try to stop here when possible. Denny’s is pretty good too. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well, however, I was in there this evening for probably a good 30 mins loading up on essentials and the sweet girl behind the counter was working all by herself. First time I’ve seen that, especially a girl alone in a place full of men. Good size line, mostly drivers getting food too which I’d bet is hard doing it all herself but she had a smile on her face and everyone seemed to be ok with it. I just would’ve thought another person may have came and helped her. I went last so she could chill a little. Just then a guy with dreds comes out with his eyes half open and says he can get the next person. Little late buddy.

My brother has been going here every morning since he moved to Walton/Verona ... I like the rewards they have and specials !!! The food they have in here is amazing !!! Now I go a few days a week to get coffee and it is always Fresh Hot and Ready !!!

We didn't stop here to eat at this location but have eaten at other locations. They have great food and big portions. We had to run into their store and hit the restrooms. They were supee clean, so was the store. They have a large variety of things in the store.

A decent size J. But it fills up quickly. Coffee was pretty good, something a lot of pilots/flying J have been lacking lately. A Denny's on site, and a hot box inside. This is a very reliable place to stop, but like I said before, it fills up very quickly, so if you are planning on staying g the night here, plan accordingly.

I went in there last night and it smelled better in there and cleaner in there last night cause someone was actually mopping the whole floor someone named stephanie and the cashier cherish was running the register she was very friendly and also cleaning the men's bathroom even smelled clean
