Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs

We had a great experience. I love sandwiches and always look for a new place to eat. We accidentally stumbled upon this place and wanted to try it out. I am so glad we did because they have the best sandwiches in Austin area. I tried the Griefo and which is a vegetarian cold sandwich and my husband tried the Acapulco Barbecue chicken. It was so good. We were also so impressed by the amount of vegetarian choices they had. They have hot as well as cold sandwiches. staff is very friendly and helpful too. They have plenty of parking as well as plenty of seating area. Such an amazing find on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

Delicious, fresh, tons of options! Having weird food allergies, it's hard to find a place that's safe. The bartender was super helpful with the menu, and I was able to custom build a sandwich. Great happy hour, too!

Totally one of the best Subs place that I have ever been to. I totally love their sub selections. I mean WOW absolutely great!

Cool bar open to outdoor patio and fantastic wall murals throughout. Cheeba culture is a good theme.

ONE POINT TO IMPROVE: Upgrade to an easy auto paper towel dispenser in the bathroom. The experience of the restaurant is tainted if guests get frustrated messing with the dumb manual dispenser that barely works...

PH MY GOD, SOOO GOOD!!!! Had to leave a review, this place deserves soooo much hype, best sub u have ever had. I ordered the Thai stick, my friend got the griefo. BOTH AMAZING, the person made them with loveeee. It was ab 10$ for an 8inch

Very cool atmosphere. Visited for the first time the other day. Really loved my sub I got the Cali Mist with no bacon. The sub was so good. Reminded me of hoagies I had in Jersey. You know it’s the real deal when the sub is actually filled and enjoyable. Filling would definitely visit again. Staff is very helpful and chill!

Love going to Cheba Hut! They have great sandwiches and the staff is always cool. My favorite sandwich is the white widow and definitely try their Doritos nachos. If it’s a beautiful day sit outside at the bar. Just a cool place over all.

We shared a La Cana - it was incredible, and more than enough for 2 people if you get the large. 2 drinks and a bag of chips later we're only out $20.00. Huge value for money. The style is laid back and welcoming. 10/10.

The sandwiches definitely have a nice twist to them. The atmosphere is perfect. They constantly have good music, funny things on TV and delicious food. Sometimes the service can take a little bit longer during the lunch rush but being able to have kool-aid with your meal makes up for it! The art is pretty eye catching as well.

This place deserves way more hype than they’re currently getting. Not only are they my new favorite sub / sandwich place, but the atmosphere was ON POINT. Everyone was so friendly & the bartender was especially sweet! Love the cannabis theme they got going and needless to say I love all of it. Got a good glimpse of their happy hour and I will absolutely be taking full advantage of them in the future! The last thing I’ll say…is try the White Widow!!

A really cool & hip place for lunchtime! A must try if your in the area. Try their Apollo 13 & French Onion Soup, you won’t be disappointed. Great menu of sandwiches, friendly staff and great art work. You can watch The Office at the bar and overall enjoy yourself. I would definitely revisit!

Unfortunately the only subs I’ve had are from subway and from jersey mikes . So to me this place is what sub heaven looks like . Everyone was so nice the atmosphere was amazing ! I got the Five o sub and it changed my life for the better . I’ll definitely be back 10/10

If your a marijuana enthusiast this place is a must ! Great food , fun atmosphere. Awesome decor ! By the time you leave your full and ready to burn one ! Full bar outdoor patio.
The snacks are amazing best marshmallow treats ever. Been to the one in Denver , now they are here in Austin! Roll on !

Very mellow inside with great decor. Attentive service with welcome tones. The food could sell itself it's so good. With variety in abundance, there's a taste for everyone.
I can't wait to go back and catch a brew with my next order as they have an inside bar with great selections, and big screens to catch the game.

I went down to Quadalupe planning on getting Blacks Barbecue. There was a long line at Blacks and I am glad there was. I didn't want to wait and I spotted Cheba Hut across the parking lot and decided to check it out. I got the Midwest Best Pinner (club) and it was amazing. Toasted, fresh ingredients and great flavors. I will be back here and I will be telling others about this place.

The food was delicious! The bar is inside and outside seating. The atmosphere and artwork is laid back and goes with the restaurant theme. I was very pleased with everything from customer service, short wait times to everything tasting wonderful. I grabbed a rice crispy treat and to my surprise it was very fresh and soft!

The subs are sooooooo delicious, my boyfriend is a sandwich fanatic so we’re always trying different places. Cheba hut is definitely are #1 🥳

Had a really great time here. The sandwiches and pretzel bites were amazing. The staff was super helpful and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. I am definitely coming back here!

Fun spot with tasty subs! I wouldn't recommend the French onion soup but everything else was something I would get again and again. Love coming here.
