I can't rave enough about our experience! From the appointment process to checking out, I was impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of Stephanie. She is incredibly talented and did a fantastic job grooming our dog, Rambo. We will be returning to Stephanie at Bentley's for the next groom!
A+, all around great customer service and great people! I'm sorry I cannot remember the name of the cashier, but she was fantastic too!

Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff. We rescued two dogs a few months ago. The staff helped me with info regarding harnesses to help with leash behavior issues.
One of the dogs has long hair and has probably never been groomed. Stephanie did her “magic” with grooming this dog. When I arrived to pick our dog up it was very evident that she was happy and comfortable! I loved how great our sweet dog looked!

We love Bentley’s! I recently brought my pup, Ella, for a grooming with Stephanie and she did an amazing job on her!! Stephanie is so nice and truly cares about your dog’s well-being. I love that they only take one dog at a time and are a no-crate facility. We are forever customers!

We discovered Stephanie at Bentley's, New Berlin location about 6 months ago and we are so glad we did! She is so good with our goldendoodle - caring and kind -- he is always thrilled to see her. She does a beautiful job with his very tough coat (we try, but usually he has some matting). He comes home smelling wonderful and soft as silk. We have now had our guy groomed with Stephanie about 4 or 5 times and can speak to the consistency of her approach. We are so glad to have found this hidden gem, and plan to continue!

I am recommending Bentley's Pet Stuff to anyone and everyone who is looking for caring, compassionate, pet lovers for grooming or general pet needs. I have 2 dogs (1 is easy going and another who needs more patience when getting groomed). The staff was very accommodating and even gave updates throughout the grooming to put me at ease. I can't stress enough how friendly of an environment it is and I believe it put my dogs more at ease. Thanks again for a wonderful experience, we have already booked an appointment to come back!

First time at the New Berlin location, we had Maddie and she was wonderful, Daisy is more cuter now then when she came in, thank you again for taking gouda care of her. We will be back. 😍

Great store! We recently brought home a new puppy and stopped in to pick up some of the essentials we’d missed. The store is clean and well organized and filled with both high quality essentials and fun bonus items that our dogs loved.

Our sales associate, Emily, was fantastic! The other locations are a little closer for us but I would absolutely make the New Berlin location our home base given how nice our visit was. It’s a must visit if you have dogs or cats!

Felt like family the moment I walked in. Entire staff was professional and personable. Stephanie did a fantastic job grooming my rescue pup who was nervous when we arrived and was sleeping when I picked her up 🤣. Recommend without reservation. Book now though, Stephanie is in demand! Thank you all for taking such great care of my four-legged family member!

The customer service here is amazing, you can tell the staff cares about their customers and animals so much. I have been coming to Bentleys for a couple of years and I have always had a great experience. A little while ago I came in to buy a bag of dry food for my cats and Sue struck up a conversation with me, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I told her some of the digestion issues my cats had been having and she helped me with a bunch of recommendations for wet, and dry food to help out with their issues - which are working wonders! She even was telling me about the other things that Bentleys has for special order that you get delivered right to the store. She was so compassionate and listened to me fret over my cats and never got annoyed that I was probably talking too much! Definitely recommend this store!

I am so grateful to have Stephanie as my groomer for my pups, Poppy and Dolly. Both of my pups are rescue dogs and are extremely shy. Stephanie always goes out of her way to make sure that they are comfortable. They always look great after she grooms them and they’re not stressed out at all.

Stephanie is simply the BEST. She's the only groomer that my dog has ever worked with and even though it's a 20 minute ride from our house, it's SO worth it. She treats Jovie as if she were her own. She's gentle, kind and SO talented!

First of all, they are open again!
Second, they have a very knowledgeable staff.
Third, they now have grooming.
I've been a Bentley's customer for awhile now and the New Berlin location is my favorite. It's always super clean and Emily has an answer for everything I've ever asked her. She really seems to care about my dog and old cat and has helped me get my old cat eating better so she finally gained the weight she needed.

I have been a returning customer of Bentley's Pet Stuff New Berlin and Oak Creek for nearly 4 years now. Every visit always exceeds expectations. Their full staff is always caring and provides great food/treat recommendations along with exceptional customer service. In particular, the older woman working at the New Berlin location is one of the sole reasons that I will always be a returning customer. If you're looking for quality pet food and treats, this is the place to go!

The young girl with red hair (idk her name) was super nice and helpful when i went in to look around she was really smart and knew a lot of things about the products which awesome. items that I needed for my new puppies i rescued and she would always know what I needed without me saying it and i really thought she used good insight on not utilizing a one size fits all customer approach

It was a very nice experience from the minute I walked in the door until I picked up my dog after his grooming. Stephanie is a very sweet young lady and the other woman who works there was kind as well and extremely helpful. It was peaceful in there it was not full of a bunch of noisey dogs, it was a calm environment for my sensitive dog. I like it a lot and I'll be back!

This is my favorite of the Bentley’s Pet Stuff stores in the area! Emily is really knowledgeable about the products, it’s well stocked and tidy and it offers grooming!! Stephanie grooms my dog and is attentive to how she responds to him. High quality products are used and the pet is hand dried instead of cage dried with a blower.
ALL of the Bentley’s Pet Stuff stores adhere to the same philosophy of excellence in quality products for cats and dogs, so you really can’t go wrong, but not all offer grooming.

Great staff, awesome products & always something fun going on.

We had our German Shepard and lab mix groomed here and are thrilled to have found such a caring groomer who does such great work! Our dogs came home smelling so good and all the shedding undercoat gone. We highly recommend!!

Brought our little man in for a spa day with Stephanie and boy did he get pampered and treated like a king! The entire staff was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and generous and they had an impressive selection of food and treats. Can’t wait to come back.
