Got here to get license renewed , arrived at 9 AM still sitting here waiting its now 12:05 PM what a joke they need more people where is our tax money going

Extremely unprofessional. I have been calling all day in regards to a paper getting faxed over no one has answered the phone once on any number we have called but have been able to send me to voicemail after only a couple rings.

Went to get tags renewed and the clerk said you can only do it by appointment. It's not the citizens fault you don't have enough government employees to take our taxes. Boone county is probably the richest county in the state and some how doesn't have enough employees to serve the very people they tax. I'm glad they put a nice water feature by the court house because they really needed to waste our taxes on that instead of hiring more employees. Absolutely pathetic.

You can’t review the state drivers license up the street now. So if you’re looking for that-FYI make an appointment. We did and still waited an hour. Ridiculous

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I have been calling for 3 days to ask a question regarding a name change on my drivers license and no one has ever picked up the phone. This is ridiculous
